I take bath after Yoga, Cause I can't bath before 5.30 its too cold for me. But am totally into my yoga just by splashing water on my face I don't feel sleepy at all😅 Also I sweat a lot during my Yoga sessions so taking bath after that makes more sense to me😅. This is my personal preference 😊
If you are doing rigorous exercises then you should do bath after the exercise...the sequence must be like abhyanga- vyayam -snana....(as mentioned in ayurvedic texts) But if you are performing yoga you can go as per she said!!!!😊

Just before snana, udvartana is also recommended especially for people who want to lose weight. Udvartana includes massage with coarse powder of herbs in the direction opposite of hair follicles

I want to share my experience about this since 2017 i have been taking cold water head bath before my yoga sadhana some things can only be experienced but can not be articulated . The way my sadhana changed is incredible. I used to have many health issues like cold and allergies but after i started this i am hardly getting sick When you do yoga sadhana properly asanas followed by relaxation pranayama and dhyana your sweating will not bother you because by the time you end with meditation your body is fresh again Anyway if i feel uneasy before changing the dress i take a quick shower One needs to give it a try and see how you feel As she said yoga is not exercise its a worship so cleansing yourself properly will give more results Taking shower not only cleanses the body but also cleanses your aura and makes you more receptive to receive
Mam I am the one whose weight is so out of range at my age ,I am starting following you from 2-3 days ,I usually feel exhausted,irritated ,I am even suffering from some anxiety issues and self doubting ,hope this will end well I want to grow myself as a human being and also want to increase awareness towards yoga or self worth .Thanks for your videos
I get up at 5am take warm water sometime lemon honey,take bath, do puja, light diya floral fragrance in room and then I do yoga at 6am. I feel Yoga is connecting God so bath is necessary That keeps me fresh
Believe me just do it. Even if gou are feeling groggy you dont need to bath if you cant. You need to understand, you don't need awareness to do yoga , instead you do yoga to learn awareness. Anyone who who practices yoga regularly can tell that doing yoga itself is a purification, you dont need any pretentious ritual to do yoga.
I went to a traditional yoga school and also learned we’re supposed to wait and eat after practice BUT I had a small problem with very fast metabolism and felt sick when I woke up so I always have a banana or toast and peanut butter so I don’t feel sick ❤

But take a bath after 30-40 mins of yoga. Because your body is warm after yoga so let it cool down on itself.

I practice this habit. In summers i bath at 5am and then do yoga. Take a quick shower again if needed before starting rest if the day.
