    Isn’t the angle supposed to be negative 51 degrees and then we subtract it from 360 degree to get the direction?

    Are you not suppose to add 180 to the 51 since it is in the third quadrant?

      he was supposed to do so,.....51deg is in the first quadrant and the angle we need is in the 3rd quadrant

    you should have added that 51 to 180 , since it is in the 3rd quadrant

    Are not suppose to subtract 50 from 90, like the way you did to other angles

      No, because it is in the 1st Quadrant hence you get it as it is.

      It depends with how the question is given. Whether in Radians or Degrees, the concept is the same.
