Maybe it’s because I recently discovered that Pluto TV has a Julia Child channel, but Kent reminds me of a cowboy version of her where they both try to make cooking fun while turning out delicious looking food.

I love watching Kent ! He’s the man for cowboy cooking ! I like to watch his craft while I’m doing my Chemo treatments ! Takes all day ! So lots to see !
Hey Kent I’ve been grilling bacon for a long time except I use brown sugar BBQ sauce, give it a try. I have an icebox story for you. My dad was born in Mangum Oklahoma I believe not to far from you. Any he and uncle burned down their ice house! The ice was covered with sawdust to keep it cold during the summer. They were young and wanted to sneak a smoke. Grandpa was about to catch them so they buried the lit cigarette under the sawdust. Didn’t take long to start burning. Sorry for the long story but thought you would like it.
We used to make candied bacon when I was a chef. Put it on our burgers! I can say honestly that all the chefs snacked on it to the point we almost got in trouble! Lol So good!!!
You put so much effort into these video's, and you have such an incredible personality. The mixture of Comedy/Condensed History/Cooking is super entertaining. Thank you Cowboy Kent!

OMG! I absolutely love the two of you! I laughed so hard at the "don't touch your eyes or butt" comment, I almost peed myself! 🤣 My husband did this 39 years ago when we were first married! Only he went to the bathroom & it wasn't his butt. He ran out screaming my "#@#'s" on fire! Almost had to take him to the ER! I finally told him to use my saline solution for his burn. (Of course he tried milk & many other things first.) Thank you Ken, it took me back to a crazy memory! Hope to meet you & your bride someday! God Bless Y'all! ❤🐾🙏

Howdy Cowboy Kent. I really enjoy your Channel. About 30 years ago I was sitting in a diner in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. An ole cowboy walked in and ordered a steak. The waitress had no clue what he was asking for of course.

Baked Bacon is the best bacon! When I cook my bacon I like to sprinkle a little dry rub on boths sides and cook it on the grill. The dry rub carmelizes nicely and makes the bacon extra crispy. If you try this is the only way you'll want to eat bacon.
I'm going to alter this recipe to a concept where the bacon is dressed in a mustard-tarragon vinaigrette, and then sprinkled with acacia gum while cooling, for extended shelf life in a refrigerator. Thanks for the demo.
