You have taught me so much in the 6yrs I have been watching you. To empty my dishwasher I always boil the kettle to make a coffee and see if I can I empty the dishwasher before the kettle stops boiling. Love your videos. Love watching cooking videos, grocery shop and day in the life.

Emily great hacks. I wash my jeans after wearing them a few times. It depends on if I get dirty about tops and sweaters. Right now I'm decluttering and getting things organized. Thanks for sharing tips with us. 💖💖
Thank you Emily this was so helpful. I also love the touch once rule, where you pick something up and place it where it should ultimately go right away, rather than picking it up and putting it in say a cupboard or garage where it will continue to sit forever!

Hey Emily, hope you’re all well. I’m happy, good and well thank you good evening love this 10 cleaning techniques / ideas video. I’ve really enjoyed this 10 new cleaning techniques / ideas from you. My favourite cleaning ideas was the use dishwasher for everything, delegate the clean to someone else in the family, make cleaning and organising me time, speed clean + power clean the home make up magic clean, duck bin odour, shower spot clean, how to change the bin bag, Do the low dirt eye look, cap cage, shoe covers or protections, air fryer cleaning tip, robot vacuum and get inspiration and motivation to clean the entire house from cleaning videos, cover less duvet and scrub sponges ideas were really lovely and amazing ways to clean the home! Here are some of my own favourite cleaning ideas for you to try. If I have any stains in anything like cups or anything else what I like to do is put some washing up liquid into the stain cups next put some warm water leave it for a few seconds on the side and then rinse it off and it’s amazing and also I also use some pink stuff paste in my kitchen sink to give my sink a good fresh clean it’s genius. I like to a multipurpose kitchen spray or a surface wipes to clean my kitchen when you are short on time. Dust everywhere in your home first before cleaning the windows using glass and window spray too. Play some music or a clean with me video while vacuuming and cleaning the house. Do a speed clean or power clean to tidy and clean your home. Don’t sit down until your home is clean and tidy. When you wake up in the morning to start the day tidy up anything that you haven’t managed to tidy up the night before as well. That way your home will stay tidy and clean for the rest of the day. All of the new cleaning ideas are so useful. The cleaning at eye level is so important because you can sometimes forget to clean the leftover crumbs or dirt on the surfaces so I need to always remember to clean everything as in leftover crumbs or dirt too. Cleaning from top to down in rooms in the house is also really good because it can be dusted too. Starting cleaning at one section of room too. That way you will remember everything is cleaned and tidy too. I need to use these tips! Invest in new or old cleaning products that you will enjoy using more too. And get excited to clean your home. I keep all of my cleaning under my sink / kitchen cupboard that way I know where all of my cleaning products are placed. I love Dyson vacuums so much! Read the cleaning products labels so you know what you need to do with the cleaning product. Doing laundry less will save time and cost of living too. Using your dishwasher for storage containers or to put other things to clean in it. Schedule in your cleaning times in the day. I always clean in the mornings and evenings I always using this cleaning technique all the time! Speed cleans and power hours are good to use too. I love doing speed cleans when I’m short on time. I use this cleaning tip. Having me time and put a motivation videos will definitely help you clean and tidy as well. I love all the cleaning techniques too! I use the cif cleaning product to clean my sink properly! And I love using the dettol cleaning product in my house! Great love the tips! I know about the oven door but I’m petrified to take it off just in case I break it. Didn’t realise it was so easy to take the toilet seat off. Definitely trying this out when I get home😀💕

I like to clean my sink and toilet area when the kids are in the bath. This may well have been one of your tips Emily! It works so well and when the kids are out I finish the bath and wipe my floor out 👍

Tip #2 about dust, it makes so much sense. I totally agree with tip #4 it makes cleaning better and easier. Tip #6 - I totally agree.. towels once a week, linen twice a month, and yes.. do I really need to wash this?🤔. Tip #8 - yes, Friday is cleaning day in our house. We do clean the kitchen every night. All really great tips. I’m going to try to set a time frame for cleaning cuz right now I just get it in when I can fit it in. Scheduling it may be more productive and less rushy lol

I think people who put clothes in the wash after using them just once are crazy 😂 not dirty, not stinky, no need to wash haha
Well it makes it worse because most washer are spreading stachybotrys ( toxic black mold spores ) into/ into everything...
I never wear it twice running
I don’t understand why would repeat the clothes. After cooking one dinner I smell of curry onions garlic ginger etc. I think it’s fine as long as you eat bland non odour food
I agree. But now that I have a 2 yo and a 4 yo... pretty much everything I wear is dirty after one time wearing it 🤣😂🤦♀️

I saw a TikTok where a cleaner clean the shower and bathroom all with a dish soap. Because of that everything was shiny and she don’t have to use a spray for the shower cabin.

Cool tips! Some people take their loo seat off and pop it into the dishwasher (obviously without any other dishes ). I may have seen that on that ‘Obsessive Cleaners’ show though so I doubt the majority of people do that 😂

Thanks for the awesome tips! Just please be really careful when removing the door of your oven. I work in a telephone support hotline and at least once in two weeks I have someone in the line calling because something is broke or they rebuild the door but now it does not close fully. Seems a little tricky :D
I have started doing the less laundry thing, i am one of those that can find something to wash everyday, now i wait untill i have a full load, i bought lots of cheap plain pillowcases so i can change them often, but have the ones i take off in the waiting for a full load type of thing. Thanks for the tips, i never knew about the oven door, after being with my partner for 20 years he suddenley says oh take it off much easier i was like what your telling me this now😂

Use Milton for cleaning coffee stains out of cups, also for getting whites white again without having to use a strong smelling bleach.
Unfortunately not all toilet seats do come off but you can easily.buy one that does and fit it on. I've bought one just waiting for hubby to fit it lol and then excited to remove it and clean easier! X
One of main house goals for this week is to clean the oven, I'll be getting my screw driver on that door 🤣!!!
The first time I've watched your videos was when preparing my hospital bag, Jackson is a few months older than my second child and it was the first time delivering in the UK, I had no friends here so Emily and her videos became my reassurance, I'm always grateful for that. Then the cleaning hacks helped me a lot as I didn't know the local products, the spray mop was a life saver! I do speed cleanings and that keeps madness at a bay. I love removing the toilet seat and I try to do a once a week bleach soak which keeps it clean and sparkling white!

Towels, hmm, I wash bath towels with each use because I don’t want to dry my face where I have previously dried my bum. One could argue that after showering or bathing your bum is as clean as your face but I don’t want to go there. Loved all the other tips, new to your channel.🙂
Where do you put the used jeans until you were them again?
Air them out and put it back in the closet on a hanger on one side.

Sadly US companies don’t like us to have bathroom cleaning convenience like in Europe. Our seats are held on by a screw underneath. And I am so jealous of some places that have a big drain and a sprayer to clean the whole wc!

I too, wash some clothes after a couple of wears, such as jeans & woollens. My tips: Clean the kitchen surfaces every night and make sure my sink is clear of any dishes. I normally use a cotton bud with spray to get into the nooks and crannies of our toilet seats, when I haven got time to remove the seat and mix together one part fabric softer to 4 parts of water then use with a micro fibre cloth to wipe down paintwork - this leaves the house smelling so fresh and lovely. 🧼 🌸
