I love the timing method, I usually do it for my living room and bedrooms,really does get you moving.
The timer is such a good idea. I actually time myself using music. I challenge myself to finish something using the 3-4 minutes per song.

Great video, motivated me to do a clean up and slept so much better! Please be careful with the bean bag beans and the dog. Ours sniffed up some and the got stuck and caused an infection.
Hi Emily brilliant video as always love your content keep it coming quick question in kikis bed when you took the pillow part out was that a cooked bone? If so I highly recommend researching the dangers of giving your dog a cooked bone of any kind although raw on the other hand is perfectly fine hope this helps xxx

I’m an old mommy, back in the day, the kids pick up their own play messes before moving onto something else. Mom can help the very young ones to teach and as needed. But I’m old fashioned 👵
Ooh can I ask what you use as a stand/mat for the dog bowls? Looks much more stylish than the (slightly grubby) mat I have!

I vacuum the whole of downstairs of my house entrance hall and kitchen too. I love listening to music, sing and start cleaning my whole house. I use the dettol surface wipes to clean some of areas of my home. I have been using the zoflora and method cleaning products for a while but you have wait a few minutes before you wipe off the surfaces, however I do want to try some different cleaning products to clean my home with them. I hope to get some flash speed mop dry pads to clean the wooden floors upstairs in the bedrooms and kitchen as well. I been listening to all different kinds of music on UA-cam and Spotify too. I love your fire place so much. It feels so warm and relaxing! I love it when I see Matt helping you clean the house. I absolutely love yours and Matt’s happiness. Great motivation, I recently bought a shark cordless it’s so much better then my Dyson v10 I had , we also have the corded one, oh my god shark is better then Dyson but we all have our own opinions.

In our culture, cleaning sth or taking a bath after dark attracts unwanted otherworldly thingies so our elders say not to do it esp after midnight.
You should never leave food for the dog outside to his free will. I dont know if the dog goes to a dog school where you can get the confirmation of this information. Otherwise there will be some dog wispherer videos here on youtube for sure.
Due to hygienic reasons the food should be taken away at latest on hours after offering him the food. After the hour you should throw it away.
Your dog will start to eat it, if you do not have food for him the whole day. This would be too far for an explanation but dogs have a different eating habit where they are supposed to down their food. Some breeds are even supposed to get no food for a leats one day (not your breed though) so it is garanteed that they down their food.
there are also other reasons, but if you get into this topic, you will cross them automatically. I really would consider to read about this topic- even to protect your dog from eating poinsoned dog codes, he should only eat to your demand, meaning he sits at front of the bowl till you give him a sign to eat. When he is outside, he wont eat this dog codes as he only eats when he gets the alowwens sign. this has also something to do with rank and dominance. It is important to garantee a good relation and savety for your pet.
It has not really something to do with being in power over an animal.
We all have our own ways of doing things but don’t your boys help to clear there own stuff up?
