This format is super cool ! I think focusing on less game would be harder to follow if the game becomes quite complicated. Here it's just the right amount (it feels a little bit like the 10min review of the Master games by Michael Redmond where he goes into some detail to showcase the game narrative, but not too much either). Congratulations on winning the tournament, it is super impressive. Did you feel like you had your chances to win the whole thing going into it ?
Thank you for the feedback :) Funny coincidence: I actually just yesterday rediscovered the mentioned master series ^^ I always think I have chances in these weekend tournaments and start with a victory in mind (after all it was my 4th tournament win and the 3rd 5:0 ^^). Tho I recently had a couple of disappointing tournaments and especially with a few 5-6dans in the mix, I was not really expecting a win until I won game 4 ;)
Congrats! I love this format. Every game has a different story.
