I have a video on the sub. I did secure it, somewhat, lol. I got some angle brackets and drilled through the top of the slipstream. They hold sub in place very well, even while wheeling. LOL, I'm not a salesman. Just trying to give an unbiased, honest review. If you buy the Slipstream, you'll have to re tighten the fasteners from time to time. That's the only issue I've had. Thanks for watching and the comment! 🤘🏻

@@ShockWaveOffroad Ha yes! I remember when the 4dr came out. They were basically shunned by the Jeep crowd. Now as you say they're taking over. I've been a sportscar guy my whole life, (still have my 79' Corvette 4 spd.), but I've always loved the look and capabilities of a jeep. And yours in absolutely awesome.
Thank you for the kind words. There are MANY Jeeps that are built a lot more than mine, but we're getting there. A little at a time. That's really what this channel is about. Helping folks save a little money, and build their own Jeep! As for the 4 doors, yeah everyone hated them for sure. I give those folks some grief, but I've seen many times where that little extra wheelbase was a big benefit.

Yes sir. I love the product. The security provided, and the functionality was worth the expense to (me). As I stated in the vid, I wish it would've covered the WHOLE cargo area. Clint, when you have time could you measure from the tail gate to the rear of the cup holders with the front middle door open. Why I'm asking is I ordered a tent and I'm not sure it will fit in the jeep without putting it on the outside somehow. Thank you very much.
@@ShockWaveOffroad It sure does! Thank you for taking the time to measure. I think the tent poles will fit with the little cargo door open. It's a canvas Kodiak 10x10. I really didn't want to down size and I don't think I'll have to. I spoke with Allen @ Diabolical yesterday afternoon after watching your install and review then ordered mine.
Clint, with your seats in the driving position, if that were made 6" longer like you mentioned-would it make contact with the lid or would there still be a few more inches between the seat and lid. thanks for the helpful video.
No, I don't (think) it would touch (MY) seat. I tend to adjust my seat a little more vertical than most. But, unless you have your seatback reclined A LOT, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be an issue.
