Love tiny home. Nicely arranged. Good to include a terrace for summer nights and Christmas tree in Decembe! So nice to see a home without a TV. They're always so huge and dominant.
I will add that I like the clear defined zones, it feels spacious and not at all claustrophobic like many tiny homes do!👌👌

@@kengolby5857 these are concept videos or CAD type drawings not actual house plans. I have a shed turned studio spare bedroom. It doesn’t need or require “permitted” plans. Open up your mind rather than getting on your high horse.

Lovely! I liked that little slice of sunshine on the bed. The nice open railing on the loft that made it feel so open and spacious. Lots of uses for that front deck. Beautiful little home.

Oh, my, that bedroom! Imagine sleeping up there when it is raining. The house is beautiful, as all your designs are, but either the doors are really, really big or the furniture and appliances are really, really small.

Вот только вещи в этом домике негде хранить.Сапоги зимние,одежду сезонную, В шкафпенал или посуда иди продукты.Или покупать по минимуму или готовить не любить.Но тогда зачем такая варочная поверхность большая.Посуточно для южного региона нормльно.Сама живу в минидомике,пока строительство идет.Но у меня целая бытовка как склад и подвал.

Stunning!!!! Such a great layout. Only thing I would change is the couch. Looks a bit uncomfortable. The back sits low. Possibly a day bed and used as a couch. Beautiful colors utilized to perfection!

This is surprisingly spacious inside! Nice. Though for me I'd prefer to add a fully enclosed attic space (for storage purposes), and a secret basement floor or bunker lol (for studio or work).

Beautiful design, I would change part of the rail in loft to wall for hanging a tv in bedroom and the part where stairs start would be a top window, bottom would be tv mount. I love the design over all
Computer generated interior with wide angle makes this space seem enormous. It would be great to see a built out version with an occupant for size reference.
