HP PROLLIANT DL 380 Gen 11 server installation using intelligent Provisioning on new megaraid controller. The process is little bit different from previous version smart Array controller.
Hardware specifications
The HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen11 is a 2U, dual socket rack-mountable server designed for data-intense, large-capacity workloads. It is compatible with 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors, which include up to 96x physical cores and 192x virtual threads. There are 32x DIMM slots on the system board of this server. When fully configured, hold up to 8TB of DDR5 memory. It is possible to configure the HPE DL380 Gen11 server with 12x LFF SAS/SATA/SSD drive bays or 8x to 24x SFF SAS/SATA/SSD drive bays on the front, plus optional 2/4/6 bay rear drive cages.
