  • Modern lighting like fluorescence and LED, along with EVERY screen we watch, have a spectrum of blue light and a "flicker rate" that stimulates our brain to release the neurotransmitter serotonin, the wake up chemical we produce when the sun rises. Artificial lighting and screens mimic this which results in the constant stimulation of our brain which DRAMATICALLY disrupts sleep. Don't worry, we have some solutions to mitigate this effect while keeping the use of the technology we all love.
