Absolutely brilliant! Thanks Erik. This is the best target bone/IK tutorial I've seen. So simple to follow and extremely useful. A request though, please?
I'm struggling to make a walk cycle (using this or any other method),. Is there any chance you could make a very quick tutorial using this simple rig to show how to walk a few steps? No matter which method I use, I always get 'skating' with my feet. Moving the legs with this method is great, but how do you work out how far too move the body forward for each step?

@@SquareBearStudio I have a question Sir is there anyway to make the names of layers in the layer panel appear for some reason mine do not show up at all only a few letters do it's really a pain in ars while rigging
