You are very welcome, I’m glad it helped. I felt this one was important because it took me a while to work this one out when it messed up one of my projects.
actually I found this before experiencing it, because I just used this app for the first time a few days ago so I still don't understand what you mean, and after experiencing it myself, I'm back here again, funny, thanks friends I will subscribe and watch some of your other videos too, you saved me
Man, I just found your channel and am plowing through your videos - they're my favorite of any I've found so far on animation and Moho! I know it's been a while, but I hope you keep making them!!
Thanks so much. It’s been a bit of a “not good” year for lots of reasons but I do want to get back to making these. Hope this one helps you, it’s the one I share most on Facebook when people have this problem. And they have it a lot.
I really appreciate your guidance about the layer orders. But whaat will be the case for 360 rigg. Like the one which I'm working right now. There is too many layers shuffling, like from top to bottom, bottom top, mid to half mid. Like to many layers ordering going on. So do you have any suggestions about it?
I personally don’t do all in one 360 rigs, this is 2D animation. If I need some other angles, I build a rig for that. Many of my characters have 2 or 3 rigs, some more that are limited for unusual angles with specific actions, no need to rig beyond what I need.
@@SquareBearStudio Thanks for your response. Appreciate it. But do you have any tips from me. How can I solve it? Because this method will not work for it? Can I move the layer from one group to another in smart action?
@@ameermuhammad3463 every rig is going to be different, you might think about switch layers to have different groups of body parts shown or hidden at different points in the turn.
@@SquareBearStudio that's a good one. I'll give it another try. Thanks for your response. Really appreciate it 😊. I have subscribed your page by the way. Start making new content for us..we will be waiting. Thanks again bro
Can you Please explain why switch layer with interpolate sub-layers on it's not working when we turn that in to smart bone dial, hope you get it what i am trying to explain here.
new user your interpolation works until you set a smart bone to control the switch? I never do this, it the Switch Selection in Moho is great and adding another smart bone to do a job you can do with the switch selection makes things complicated. But Interpolation only works if the different layers have the same number of shapes and the same number of points on each shape. It works best if you create one, duplicate it, and edit the duplicate without adding or removing points.
Well Thanks for quick reply, I think I have already duplicate the shape but still it's not working, Even when I try on only 2 shape it work well if i don't turn that in to smart bone dial but once i turn in to smart bone it's not working
Just noticed this: I think the problem is that when you use a dial, you are setting keyframes on the dial, not on the switch layers directly. So the interpolation doesn't get set on the keys.
I'm confused about why you could only have two groups. Each group has it's own layer order key for the items in that group. So if everything is in one group, you are back to the same situation where it goes wrong. Everything is in one group, even if that group is nested. But you can have as many groups as you want.
chimiwan not a bug at all. It is just how layer ordering works. The keyframe is for the current order of all layers in a group. If a smart action changes that, everything shifts.
after 7 years u re still saving ppl lives
If I could meet you in person, you would get my full hearted Namaste! Love you man. You saved my big project.

thank you! i've had this puzzling problem a number of times and now I know why 😊
Honestly I just like keyframing layer order as I animate. It allows for a lot more control as well
Yes, but if you’re creating an action this is important to know.
Thank you for this tutorial, definitely trying it out! Maybe also with 3 groups- head, torso/arms and hips/legs.
You just literally saved my job. Big thumbs up! :)

thank you its very usefull
What if we can make
Only two groups
Like
Bone
Group
Group
And put everything in last group will it work...as we hv two groups???

Understood...thnx a lot
is this a bug from moho 12?
