- This is my first reaction to Dimash singing Daybreak.
First I watch it including the back story from Gloria Wu's channel, and then from the Bastau concert in 2017.
I can't believe how beautiful this was.
I loved this song so much, and it's one of my faves now!!
After watching this I'm even more fascinated with Dimash.

Oh dear Sabina I knew you would love DAYBREAK! The Singer performance was amazing but the Bastau performance ... oh my God ... that is one of the most raw, passionate and vulnerable performances I think I've ever seen! This is probably my favourite of Dimash's performances and I still get chills watching it! After I saw this I knew I would be forever a Dear. This one especially gets you in the heart and soul!😢...had some A.M tears too!😂 Honestly! No parent or anyone can bare the thought of losing a child, muchless a child losing two parents at once or a love one. I am certain that in itself is extremely hard, especially for Dimash, as you saw in the clip with him and his family...they are one. He also said in an interview after he walked of the stage he lost his voice immediately! but said he was soo Thankful to above for allowing his it to come back just for that moment, not to disappoint the writer of the song, his competitors, family and fans! That would be soo much pressure for anyone, but our Prince pushed himself to Please others, once again how selfless...never wants to disappoinst!... Also in another interview he said that his family is his Wealth and that his wife will live with them sometimes when he travels, an added that his wife must love his parents/grandparents more than she love him. 💞💞💞 How Exceptionally Special is that coming from any young man today! 😍He truly is the Song. I think you should now react to his "Arnau The Kinetic Voice" concert in front of 45,000 people. In my humble opinion this is the most amazing concert that I've EVER seen. If you react to 2 songs at a time it'll help you soak up the electric atmosphere, his interaction with his Dears is really something. When Dimash was talking and showing video of his family, he was saying that he first heard this song when he was 10 years old. He loved the story and was moved by how easily one can lose one's family. He spoke of how fortunate he is to have a large, loving family around him always. I loved your very honest reaction. Dimash doesn't simply sing; he speaks his stories through music.

Наверное вьі правьі... Я не пойму почему, но когда я прихожу домой и включаю ноутбук, сразу на Ютубе ищу реакции на Димаша....и потом часами смотрю...смотрю..., и не пойму, почему могу одни и те-же песни прокручивать по два-три раза. Уже скоро как неделя ...вот на Сабину вьішел...и снова залип..?!

His voice lost again after that performance. He said he hurt so much while he was singing but he kept pushing and don't want to dissapoin his fans. His dedication and passion is awesome. The bastau was one of the most powerful performance.

The Bastau concert is the last time Dimash has ever performed this song. My theory is that he felt a strong need to reclaim the song after his previous illness had prevented him from giving the song everything he felt about its meaning. In Bastau he allowed the song to inhabit him, he became the child witnessing the death of his parents. My guess is that this level of emotional devastation is something Dimash doesn't choose to repeat.
That would make a lot of sense. It was a beautilful performance!!!

Dimash feels every song he sings and conveys the message and emotions of it with his voice and performance even when you don’t understand the lyrics. Once he said that he will never sing a song he doesn’t like or he isn’t able to feel. That’s a true artist. I can promise you that you never will get used to it. He captivates you each time and it doesn’t matter how often you listend to a song already. I have listened to SOS about a 1000 times and I’m not tired listen to it. Even when it is the same song every performance is unique and the interpretation of the song is slightly different.

Hello. From Brazil. I loved having separated tissue paper for emotional emergencies. haha ha. The first link is just perfect. His anguish saying he was speechless, going to cry in the corner. The injections in the throat. Competitors' support on the day of the presentation. The story of the song. The call you received from the letter's author. His effort in the presentation. You can tell that the voice is limited and still hits difficult notes. The look of pain when it was over. The author's photo with the adopted boy. The second link comes with the perfect interpretation, 100% health, with everything he knows how to do. Free for all changes and melisma. It got sweeter and stronger at the same time. But, as we already know what the lyrics say, we can't hold the emotion. I wonder what treasure this boy has. his story sung so beautifully by Dimash.

@@sabina1118 Thanks for your reply, you are not alone with your tears that's what Dimash does to us and it's part of the reason we love him as an artist, his ability to make us feel the emotions of a song even if we don't know the language which is remarkable and very special, when I first heard the song Late Autumn it didn't have English subs but I felt all the emotions of the song, it was only after the song that I realized it wasn't in English and I didn't understand a single word, that's amazing, don't worry about feeling what you ever you feel it's a great compliment to Dimash's artistry. I saw him talk about The Singer episode in an interview and he said he had no voice before going on stage and no voice after coming off and it was by the Grace of Allah (God) that he was able to sing it the way he did. I know he's healthy and more powerful in Bastau but just the whole situation around his Singer performance is what makes me love it more!! And I think knowing the history aids the Bastau performance. Its so emotional! 💜❤💚💙💛

Because I have a Satellite dish in my back yard I was fortunate to be able to watch the original I Am A Singer 2017, also called The Singer and was able to watch each of Dimash's performances. To see Dimash going through what was happening was so hurtful and then to not know the reason this one made me so sad but, knew something terrible had happened was like a double whammy, but to this day I am very proud to be an original 🇺🇸Dear!!!!!!

Yeah, this song is just beautiful. I knew it in the original version long before I stumbled upon Dimash and even then I loved it, although I had no idea what it was about. I had had close contact with people from Asia since my childhood and a longtime friend of mine is a Cambodian. So it is not surprising that I listened to japanese or chinese songs besides cambotschan ones, long before the anime and manga wave came to Europe.
Dimash simply garnished this wonderful song once again with a cherry on top. It is a pity that he did not sing this song in his last concerts.

There's nothing better than waking up in the morning and seeing a Dimash reaction from Sabina. Even if my coffee is full of tears now.
