Best recipe on UA-cam on how to cook corned beef . I do it the same exact way but I put my cabbage on top for the last 40 minutes. Thanks for the recipe

There's a lot to like about this prep. My favorite part is the garlic-dijon. I'm definitely doing that. Thank you for sharing :)

So I married an Irish boy. For 30 years I have been making Corned Beef and Cabbage for him on St. Patrick's Day . This hands down was the best I have EVER made. I will never make it anyway else again. Thank you

Looks delicious! Question: does it taste saltier due to not being boiled in water, which draws the excess salt out via osmosis?

Thank you for commenting. Baking does tend to be on the salty side. Rinsing several times helps. You can also soak your brisket in cold water overnight (changing water every 5 - 6 hours). I know this is an extra step, but it does help. Thanks for watching.

My recipe is to braise my meat is in my Pampered Chef stone wear cooker in a half bottle of Guinness under foil and the carrots shallots Yukon golds and cabbage on top with rest of the Guinness and a packet of Au jus gravy a bay leaf tightly sealed at 300 degrees for at least 4 hours. It turns out perfect every time
