  • This is a challenging CrossFit tribute that reflects the grit, determination, and resilience of our fallen heroes.
    The Murph consists of:
    1 mile run
    100 pull-ups
    200 push-ups
    300 squats
    1 mile run (all done while wearing a 20 lb vest)
    This workout is named after Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who lost his life in Afghanistan.
