❤️️Ingredients:
For the special tomato sauce:
5 ounce tomato (we used fresh Campari tomatoes)
1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic , roughly chopped
2 Tablespoon red wine (any house red wine will do, we used a Bordeaux)
½ teaspoon granulated sugar , or to taste
½ teaspoon chicken stock powder , or to taste ( you can also use ¼ cup of good chicken stock instead)
Pinch of salt , or to taste
1 Tablespoon unsalted butter , cold
For the soufflé omelette:
2 large egg , separated
½ Tablespoon heavy cream (or milk)
Pinch of salt
½ Tablespoon unsalted butter
Dry parsley flakes (optional; you can also use fresh chopped parsley instead)

@@shadowreaper5413 we haven't tried but you should be able to add cheese on top right before you fold the omelet.

hi bro 15yr old here i tried to make it and yep its friggin good, the hardest part about making it was the white part of the egg since we didn't have a the electric mixer or sum so i just spent like a solid 10 minutes whisking it, and the taste? more like a mix of pancake and egg thats how it tasted (when i tried it) and i haven't made the homemade ketchup yet but i suggest you try to make it with the egg as well since i used a standard banana ketchup in our house since that was the only available at our kitchen and it tasted bad so i suggest you make the homemade ketchup as well hope this helps :))

I coudnt do it I mixed it with the egg yolk and the egg white and put it in the pan and all it was was fuzzy white stuff and eggs everywhere in the pan
Hello! I'm sorry it didn't come out for you! The only few solutions I see for that is the egg whites need to be stiff, and when you add you egg yolk mixture to the wgg whites you want to move quick and have a pan getting hot and greased so that it doesn't stick. You don't want your mixture do be over mixed or it will be runny and break. Also once you put it onto the non-stick pan you want to not touch it too much so that it can cook and create a layer of crust where it will come off a non-stick pan.

But how Long does it take, I made it but the egg yolk came right through it, it was stiff but not stiff enough, so again how long does it take ??
@@denizgenctopcu6646 I'm so sorry that it didn't come out correctly... Unfortunately, we cannot give an exact time because whether your using a hand mixer or mixing by hand it can differ by minutes. Also, it can depends on the temperature of the egg, how hot it is and how cold it is where your mixing. But, in our experience of whipping egg whites with a hand mixer, it takes roughly 3 - 5 minutes to get to a stiff peak. You can over mix the egg whites, so make sure to stop when you can make for a stiff peak as shown in the video. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Hope this helps!

Hello! Yes, you can use chicken stock, beef stock, or veal stock. It's gonna be slightly different in taste but it will still taste good.

idk who's chef's are cooking it, but eggwhites and yolks are not mixed together at all. look's like trash, will taste like watery something. my homemade souffle omelette looks better and not undercooked, and taste better
That poor omelet is burnt. Less heat next time.
