- Earlier this month when I was in the Bay Area, I went to film this ATI that replaced a C-125 that had a motor die. As you can see from the video it is very Quiet, and is on ASC Controls.
The story behind this is pretty intriguing, as the C-125 was originally replaced with a ASI HA-832, (in an Octagon configuration) which was replaced with this ATI a few months later for some reason. This is the second ATI in the system now, the other one is in Martinez, and replaced an OM-120 on a building that was demolished. At least both are on ASC controls, and CEAR has no plans to replace the system.
In this video you can also hear several OM-120’s and the C-125 at the Richmond City Hall.

Nice
Nice vid! the C-125 is still lying on the ground…
It’s Gone. Look at the newest satellite view on Google Earth Pro
oh, my bad lmfao
do you know what there gonna do with it btw?
@@sth-1081 it’s scrapped I believe, long gone
that sucks.
Also, do you have any photos of the octagon ASI? I can see it clearly on satellite but am just wondering… That means that it would have been the second (?) confirmed location of one of these configs
Are you sure it’s an ATI? Why would the CAER buy an ATI then hook ASC controls to it? They have been buying from ASC for years it doesn’t make much sense….
It's their choice lol.
This might not be an ATI. I think it's an ASC E-Class. They look a LOT like ATIs though, so I get it!
It’s an ATI. The vendor for the county system started using them as they are compatible with the CAP alert system they use.
Should've gotten a t135 instead
Ew terrible replacement. Should've been a whelen 2900
Whelen
Or a federal signal DSA..
That looks like an ATI hpss 64 💀(NOT REAL JUST JOKE)
