I used to work there and operators drink and get drunk on the job ... I've known 3 Head Operators who got drunk regularly on the job .. One Head Operator would bring in coolers full of beer on ice for the operators..Many Operators do drugs and know how to get around the drug testing ...This is common place at this facility.. Engineering safeties are inadequate and bypassed ... This place is far more dangerous in my opinion than most plants..
