    If you want your footnotes to go from right to left in Word, you'll not only have to adjust the footnote separator but also the footnote content style. You'll learn all of this within a minute in this tutorial.

    Hi, thanks so much for the video! Question: If I'm writing in Hebrew (a language that goes from right to left) - I need the text to start on the left side of the footnote number. How would I do that in a way that every time I opened a footnote - the text would automatically start on the left side of the number, and leave the number listed on the right side? Thanks!

      I'm honestly not sure, since I never used the right-to-left layout before. I would have thought that Word does that automatically. If not, you might want to check if there is a left-to-right button in the "Paragraph" section of the "Home" tab.
