I love a bath! It's what I do in an evening, lay in the bath reading or watching You Tube for ages 😂 I've just had my Smoke +Matches parcel delivered! Exciting! x
The thing I find works best with a travel neck pillow is to turn it sideways, so the opens at the side of the neck not the front. This stops the head bob that either wakes you up or means your neck kills when you do wake up!
Always knew you were my kinda person eating half a loaf of bread & hella cheese!! 😂 I'm a shower girly, I rarely have a bath - I love the idea of them but I get bored even when I'm watching something and too hot!!

Also, I’m not a long bath person. I can be in and out in 10mins but I feel cleaner and I think it helps to soak before you scrub?
I swear by vapour rub for headaches. I suffer with migraines a lot and when tablets don’t touch it, i rub vapour rub on the area. Works a treat! LOVE the jumper, I’ve just received one for my birthday, soooooo comfy! ❤
Ooooh great tip, I suffer with the worst migraines and have medication for them but I'm definitely gonna try this! Happiest of birthdays for whenever it is!! 🤍

I’m a shower and a bath person. Need a shower to wake me up in the morning but love a bath at night before bed. Have also been known to have a long bath then have a shower immediately after to wash my hair 🙈

Oh please try the hot honey sauce from m & s on your brie 🧀 it goes on pretty much anything but is particularly good on cheese 😊 its around £6.50 for a good size bottle but omg unreallll. Like a sweet honey but with a kick, unreallll. Also good on smoked salmon & eggs

I love that Milo is so invested in Friends - can't believe it's lasted so long. Remember having to wait a whole week for each episode!! The unpredictability of travel is what makes it stressful - hopefully all will go smoothly for you

Have a fantastic time in HK....you will love it! Went there many moons ago as the parents of my boyfriend at the time were posted out there. They reinstated travelling to China whilst I was there - so I got to "travel to China for the day"....which always bemused people when I told them I had done so and showed them my Chinese entry/exit stamps in my passport 😂

I am rthe same I get head ake in certain situations I got a lot of migraines I could not stand noice or lighting had to sit in the dark . I used to be sick. I got migreleve medication from my doctor I took one colour when it started and the other colour when it got worse. It is a expensive medication but I got mine from my doctor. Xx
I was the same as a kid and the doc said it was my eyes and the optician said to see the gp.. and I bounced back and forth til they became less of a problem. As an adult I get a migraine maybe 4x a year
I am always having baths love a nice soak. I do also have the occasional shower mainly when I want to wash my hair lol😂 x
Yeah, I get that they’re invigorating but I much prefer to shave in the bath!

My bath is narrow and I fit in it comfortably so it's showers for me. In my previous house it had to be a bath because we didn't have a shower x
I think for me it stems from having a leaky shower for 7 years.. baths just became habit

Also I’m a daily shower but couple of evening baths a week kinda gal , I find baths really relaxing on an evening just before bed
We’re on episode one of season 3 now and milo did not take Monica/Richard’s break up well 😂 he said “I know the age gap is weird but this just feels like a good relationship” hahaha
Shower girl but I can't get in and out the bath . Can't wait for the travel vlogs. Cheese cafine and chocolate I believe can trigger migraine I always get them at Easter and christmas from eating too much chocolate
I’m not a big chocolate eater but cheese and caffeine? I also think caffeine must be a bit of a “hair of the dog” situation when it helps get rid of a migraine 😂

Have you tried cutting out caffeine to reduce headaches xx
If at some point I do try adhd meds, I might try and cut out caffeine but for now, it’s a bit of a crutch and I’m not prepared to lose it completely

I’m here for Milo watching Friends. Friends is such a feel-good show for me, I know it by heart I watched it over and over again over the years. Can’t wait for my little girl to be old enough to appreciate it. As a fellow migraine sufferer I’d recommend to get migraine stick from home bargains, it’s 99p. Works really well for me, better than ibuprofen 🤷🏼♀️

All uk rules have reverted to the 100ml in one bag because the new scanners are too sensitive atm and bringing up too many false positives

Funny you say that cause when mum and dad moved in with us, she initially didn’t understand that lee and I both had baths every night and then I remember her saying, she “got it” because it was half an hour in a locked room 😂 when you have kids.. that’s precious

Ibuprofen isn’t for headaches, it’s more of an anti inflammatory….
I think it depends on the person and the headache cause migraine tablets have ibuprofen right there on the front of the box .. I have heard that before though
