    Hydrate the night before, and then hydrate some more before class. Replenish slowly after class/working out. Waiting to hydrate until you need it means you waited too long. For me, taking water breaks in the middle of class has hindered my ability to roll and train at my best. It’s the same with running; if I drink water while I run, it makes me have to look for a toilet. Peak performance is helped by pre-hydrating.
