I've always said this, despite what the media tried to push about Taylor being rude and what not... to me, it seems that she has always remained very sweet and geniune. That's what I'm able to get from these short interviews over the years. I'm very happy for her success!
I agree. When the media started these rumors about her attitude most people forgot that she was still a teenager. And o bet we all had ‚problematic‘ or better rebellious times in our lives especially when we were young and still trying to figure life out. It is amazing how she found her way and her place looks in an industry that I think can be hard for female vocalists. She was blessed with so much talent and although she experienced a lot of loss in her young life already, I hope we get to see her for many more years to come
Well I think her success with her band says all that needs to be said.

So happy to see that Taylor was able to take control of her identity and, at the tender young age she found her calling. Some go through life and never find themselves. What an allright lady! Writing songs or poems is something we all can do to get through tough times. True artist. Love her style!
It's just been such a relief to listen to this one hour long talk. Taylor is like such a close friend to me although we have ever communicated several phrases once after the show and once online, but I feel like having a good talk with a friend after watching this.

Taylor reminds me of some of my close friends; you see them and you might assume "Oh they're tough and scary" or whatever, and they're actually down to earth, kind, eloquent, sweet, etc.
From the first time I heard this band I was hooked. I'm from the old school, 1970's era and really like their sound and what they are saying.

Fantastic interview with a well rounded focus on the musical background. Well done Nicole. This is a delight for the avid listener. An awesome singer and writer, with an equally awesome band. One of my absolute favorites, and a worthy heir to Nirvana. TPR and JINJER is sharing a 1. place in my world. BTV, Taylor is at her best in stripped acoustic versions. What a voice :)

I do not want to sound trite and say she sounds very well spoken.
She really gives an answer, and the host did a great job of staying out of the way.
I listened to this interview over a year ago and saw The pretty reckless three times since.
This is one of the best in that interviews with Taylor that I ever heard. And I listen to all.

Honestly I hate the fact that the media has pushed this narrative that Taylor is a brat or stuck up. She seems so down to earth and the pretty reckless are such a great band wishing her plus the band more and more success
