I will say this... I was very fortunate to see them live in Albany NY's Palace Theater where she was one of the opening bands for Halestorm (The other was Starset). I have NEVER seen a rock band completely wake up a crowd as an opening band the way The Pretty Reckless did! it was absolutely phenomenal, and would love to come out and see them again!

That's very difficult in her position, being surrounded by people who tug you in different directions, all telling you what to do and how to do it. But on the other hand, I'm sure she had more than enough means to make the music thing happen, and I'm happy that she put in the work to really make it happen to the best of her ability. Pretty cool stuff. I remember hearing about them a few years back when they first came out, and I was really excited to discover that that's what she ended up doing outside of her acting career. Her style of singing has definitely worn out her speaking high range to an extent. But age has to do with it as well, at 21 she's not gonna sound like when she was 15 on that show. Oh, the smoking probably has played a part also.
