That stump grinder is an absolute beast!
And that's wet red oak!!
That stump grinder is very controlled in the sense that it doesn't send debris all over the place. Good for sensitive areas.
John, it’s just me,I would have loaded the back of the trailer first to keep the landing legs from digging in.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
The word "Torque" comes to mind. Powerful stuff!
That Stumpex is a wicked piece of kit, John. Thanks for sharing it with us. Upstate Brush Control has certainly grown a lot this last year, with all of the new equipment you have got now. Well done, guys. Your success is well deserved.
Definitely a machine fit for the task great quality mulch for fire llighter or compost. Love thte big flakes its shaving...
John I’m so impressed by your two men crew. They work so cohesively together. I love it. They always helping out each other.
A sign of good teaching, kindness, fairness.
What I admire about your company is you always are trying new things and learning. You show your wins and your fails. Not scripted hope y'all keep it that way great stuff!!
OMG that Red Oak is beautiful !
Murdered for a STINKING POOL!!!
Glad to see you pushing it to its limits
The stump grinder did a good job and as always you and your crew does really good work and make it look a lot better.
They say smoking takes 10 years off your life... I say StumpX takes 10 years off your skid steer's life! Very good video, thanks for keeping the video of the stump cutting itself mostly uncut. that was cool.
There is something hypnotic about watching that stump ex work. Great job especially as far down you went. Second time watching this video.
I was crying as they were cutting up that perfectly straight log into smaller pieces.
That was extremely satisfying
That Stump-Ex is a seriously sinister tool! Thanks for sharing!
That’s a gorgeous log. Good furniture wood.
That stump X is phenomenal beast! Once again, great job y’all! Upstate Brush Control Crew rides again!!!
That stump grinder did a good job❗️✝️❤️🙏
I shared this with the guys at McDonald’s they were amazed!
Man, that is one heck of a beast! That hydraulic motor must be absolutely crazy. Fun to watch that thing eat stumps!
Wow, that was a big stump. Awesome stump cutter!! Thanks for sharing!!
Fracking is no longer the number 1 cause of earthquakes. FECON Stump Ex now holds that title.
You are a skid steer master my friend. I didn't think you would get that huge log up there but you proved me wrong. Those trees will make some nice lumber.
Great work as usual. That stump grinder was a lot of fun to watch!!!
Josh has a GREAT smile! 😃
That attachment is awesome guys 🇮🇪🚜😎🤠🦸🖍️
Great job guy’s …👍👍👍
Another great job excellent you and your team know how to get the job done God bless you all keep up the good work I enjoy you all video I stumble on your video by accident can't stop watching 👍👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🎇🎇🎇🎇🎇🎇🎉🎉🎉🎉🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻

Thank you! Will do!
Another good video John, Thank you for sharing.
Man! That Stumpex puts out some torque to moving that 11,000 lbs RT120F around! Great Video! Keep up the good work.
Awesome equipment buddy!!! Dang it man!!! Having your own log trailer is awesome!!! You can get a load and run it yourself! Every dollar counts!
Great job with a powerful machine.
Great job John, soon made short work of those stumps. Liking your log trailer, very nice. All the very best Graham🇬🇧🇬🇧👍👍
Awesome job guys
That tree was a wood turners dream.
I don't think you would want to run any smaller machine on that stumpex, lot of torque!
That stump-x is an absolute beast 😱😱😱
Watching your machine run that stump x solidifies my decision to buy that style stump grinder.
It did look rough on your skid steer but that grinding sound was amazing! Great job fella's!
Yeah the stump grinders on the skid steers always are a bit iffy because they don't have a lot of weight or hydraulic power, seen them for back hoes and the likes and they seem a bit less janky and struggle less.
Awesome piece of kit
Nice work! That stump grinder is a beast!
Mr. Jon 💪😎 the stump grinder was awesome, made me wish you had a small portable BBQ grill and a few steaks for you and the boys to cook up on using the stump chippings 🥩🥩🥩🫕🫕🫕, Mrs. Jodi great editing 💪👩, well wishes as always to you and the family, until next adventure, stay safe, stay awesome out there everyone 😊👋🍺🍺🧃🧃🧃
Thanks!
I don't have enough need of one to buy one, but that stump grinder was awesome to watch. Looks like it did a good job.
I retired out of the business a couple years back. I can’t believe I’m watching other people work. 😄. Guess I kind of miss it. Don’t miss the 100* heat though.
We're loving this cooler weather right now for sure!
Hey jon! Couple of tips for you! 1 plz wear your chaps! Your legs/ knees well thank you! Trust me i know! 2. When bucking size wood like that or bigger have at least 2 wedges with ! You can use them to keep your saw from getting stuck! 3 . On your logtrailer look at a trailer from the pnw! On our bunks thier is a peice of iron on the bottom of ours! Its thier to help keep your load of logs from moving or shifting ! The knives as thuer called help with it they cut into the logs enough so they dont move as easly. Trust me im nit sorried about your driving its the folks out thier in 4 wheelers that i am a hard breaking while hauling logs is not fir the fainted heart. And all yhe saftey you can take the better bro! Br safe
That's an awesome stump grinder! Low gear after into the stump.
Impressive stump grinder, made fast work of stumps, thanks for sharing and inviting me to watch.
.
Thanks for watching!
Enjoyed the show
I would like to have seen the mulcher going over the stumps after they were bored.
Second stump grind filming and editing was way better than the first stump in this vid. Good job!👍
UBC and Fecon are a great team. The grinder is so powerful and cool to watch. I don’t know what the view is like from inside the cab, but several times I thought if you inched forward or backward a hair the grinder head would be more perpendicular/ level to grind a straighter path down into the heart of the stump, especially on smaller stumps.
Has Fecon thought about placing a large visible level on the black motor casing so the operator can watch the level bubble? Seems that would do the trick…if it’s even needed. Maybe I am overthinking the process. 😁
Another fine job by Jon, Josh, Willie and Micah!
Awesome 🤩 thanks
Looks like those stump grinding shavings would make excellent smoker chips.
Great job, man, that thing has torque!
Gringing the stumps was fascinating my great grand son liked it also.stay safe
Wow! Super interesting machine.
Good stuff John give Willy hell for me🤣💯👍🏼
Man the amount of torque that puts on that boom
That could make $$$$$ with a custom lumber mill guy. Imagine a table or desk top made out of wood with the kind of grain that would come out of that log. Yeah, if you don't have time a lot of those interesting logs end up as chips in the compost factory.
..lookin' good, nice trailer, it should get 'er done..stay safe and have a great week...
Love that stump grinder,
She's a beast!
Great job and video like always
Great Video I'll watch it twice.
Thanks for video on stump x,boss just bought it and used it on 8 red gum eucalyptus so far so good to see it in action on bigger stumps other than what you find on UA-cam
Great video really enjoyed it,at least y’all had some fun .keep doing what your doing and carry on.👍👍👍😎😎😎
40” across and healthy, I’ll bet that tree was 300 yrs old!
Nice job with the stump grinder!
Enjoyed the video! Beautiful oak, those burls would be excellent for the wood turners workshops, watch a few of those and they make beautiful things with scrap wood. You guys always do such a good job!
They find the inner beauty of the wood’s design.
Fecon grinder did well . That was a big stump !
You have a great machinery for all works and you a good machinist. The Oak tree must extremely old but healthy. If her the job plac to leave is it clean. The video instructive. 🇦🇹
Wow that was awesome!!
First time I have seen one of those Stump Boring Heads. Looks like it is going to Work out very good for You and the Guys. Oh look for a Alignment Bar for lining up those bolt holes. That may just help You out.
Nice work!
Awesome grinder! 🥊🚂
That’s a wicked stump cutter!!!
Awesome channel!
One hell of a motor.
I'm pretty sure a smaller version of this grinder was used by my dentist on me last year for a root canal.
Man I got to say bro tht stump grinder is a must.it gets the job done.like you said time is money and that's no ****
I own a tree company in Florida I've recently heard about the Stump X but have never seen it in action I rely on Bobcats as my primary wood movers so this was very cool to see.
Thanks for the great video, awesome job 👍
Thanks for watching!
Stump x went through it like butter
Enjoy your new toy for the big boys.
Looks strong!
Nice grinder. You may even do better cutting if you had a guy with a steel rake to clear the hole. Seems like it slows when it is swamped in chips, plus you can see better..
Great machine man
Great video John, I love watching you and your team at work. Very addictive viewing 👍
Whooa .the shake on the asv 😭, felt bad for the rt-120. Glad it worked out in the end 😁, hope the rt-120 is ok. Keep up the good work and keep em coming John 👍.
WOW! What a beast that FECON GRINDER was and the first spot you picked was spot on! or was that YOUR talent? Glad you didn't speed the video up cuz this thing was great to watch and we don't get to see those used! Also, that ASV picked up those logs like a school kid with a pencil. Great video, JOHN! Thanks! Sonny
Looks like the grinder is hard on your boom pins side to side will wear pins quickly nice video 🤞
I agree with Robbins Trucking. That seems really tough on a machine your using for multitasking. Seems like lots of possible accelerated pin and boom wear. Great video!
Too weak!!
I seen a couple videos using a stump grinder like the stump-x before but, they were much slower. Time wise of digging the stump out would be just a long if not longer and you still have to get rid of the stump. If you are worried about the wear and tear on the 120 go out and buy a older machine just for the stump-x.
The stump-x did a good job grinding the stumps up in a timely manner.
That was AMAZING & mesmerizing, too! What happens next? Would you mulch with it? Do you sell it to a garden company? Would a large commercial company use it?
Great video. The house kind of looks like a miniature version of the abandoned mansion on Demolition Ranch (Off the Ranch). LOL
thanks for sharing a great video the grinder works pretty good but I'm wondering what happens when you hit a big rock probably game over
Great video Jon
I think it's like any other new piece of equipment you just need to use it more.
Good morning from Piqua Ohio. Have a safe labor day weekend.
I think at times there was too much down pressure applied to the StumpEx. If you just let it eat, it shouldn't twist the loader arms. Patience is the key. You ground a 36" stump in 20 minutes I'd say you pushed it really hard even though you were very methodical with your approach.
