@@jeffsvids9590 I still have my car, I just moved to a place where it was hella illegal to drive with a modded car so I went back to stock. But now I’m living back home because it was too expensive to live there. I’m gonna install that amazing (cheap) sound plate, throw on the cheap DIY intake, and do the muffler delete again. And BAM! Car sounds sick again! 🤤 especially since it’s a manual. The car is slow, but that’s all I do is drive slow lol 😂 it just sounds so good All the Time! (I love my car) 😂

Favourite car hands down. 🙌 If I was you, update the exhaust: cheap muffler delete or MBRP exhaust. Blow off sound plate or HKS blow off valve $300-$500 air intake, or DIY $35 intake. It’s up to you what you want to do. And just gonna say 1 thing. Some people don’t like the “annoying” air induction sound the Air Intake makes when you accelerate.. however, MORE people Love It.. including myself 🤤 And also,,, you’ll turn a LOT of heads with all these mods haha 😆
I think I watch this video more than every other UA-cam video out there lol. I put my sound plate back on btw, I’m no longer living in a “quiet vehicle only” location 😏
So just found this video. I have a 15 VT. You said you had the hose capped/taken off. Does it sound better/louder with the plate than just the hose off??
@@kevindelgado3599 no way its just a muffler delete with that turbo sound coming out. There has to be a downpipe. I've got a muffler delete and intake on my 16 Rspec and you can not here the turbo from the exhaust at all
You clearly dont know how much car parts cost not to mention you should get your car tuned after installing a different bov. Part is under $100, so have fun finding a bov thats not from wish🤷🏽♂️

Sounds the same , I just removed the rubber line to the stock plate . To me it sounds the same . But hard to tell in a video
I did that at first but it was much louder and defined with the plate

I personally would get a real bov if you have them money i can’t remember where i got it from

You have to match it to the factory plate that was there

Factory diverter plate. Thats what is changed out

No you remove it
So it's okay if I leave the recirculating hose I just attached the plate
Yes it is ok just make sure to cap the inlet into the intake

MAra chan i no longer have the car it was totaled while parked but the time i had any light it was due to a failed coil pack

If you use a hks bov you wont need this plate you need a adapter plate for the hks and thats it

Why would i buy a sound plate when i could get an actual BOV for probably the same price. You shouldn't work on cars. Dont ceap out on car parts
