Your descriptive expressions about bad games are pretty creative and funny. Your videos are great. Good work. You covered lots of games that were interesting to me.
I played it for 5 personally, but I could see 6 being better anyway. I want to say I played III on the SNES when it was time for it, because I was proud of owning it.
You hit it right on the head with "Tekken" best Fighting Game ever because of the controls to fight your opponent! Sounds like "Strider 2" took a page from Castlevania 4 where they did everything that made the original Castlevania game good & do it better! Never heard of "Tai Fu: Wrath of the Tiger" going to have to get that for my collection! Thanks for that recommendations!
Nice video. Metal Gear Solid is one of my favorite games of all time. I remember playing it on my PS1 back in the day and was blown away. Still go back and play it occasionally.
Strider number two is indeed pretty great. It's one of the last Capcom games to have that classic CPS arcade feel, with the weird bosses and the zenny coins and the out there scenarios (fighting the Ton Pooh triplets in rush hour hover traffic!) and the yashichis and all. It's easy for a Strider game, but I don't care... better too easy than too hard.
Sorcerer's Stone is a really good game. Argonaut made some very good ones. Found a place for my fiance and I'd move into. But, I still miss my cat. My brother kicking us out of his house last year and he kept the cat or else not great. We can't afford to take the cat back and it wouldn't be fair or anyway. Had her 9 years. She's going to live the other half of her life without me. And we both Miss her. Hopefully no one's been mean to you and taking any of your pets away! This was really good video. You work hard and it shows. Thank you.
I was 10 when I played MGS demo and it was one of the best demos ever made. pretty much infinite fun. (some)Demos were a lost art back then. On my 11th birthday finally got the game. I probably played hundreds of times for 2 oe 3 years.
There's a game that no one talk about on PS1 that is imo is awesome called: deception 3 dark dellusion. Still waiting for someone to review it. Nice vid keep it up.
I actually know of it, and I want to say it's so obscure because Tecmo flew under the radar after the SNES era. It's affordable though, which is more than can be said for their Secret of the Stars RPG on the SNES.
@@Fortefyre I own secret of the stars on SNES cause I'm collecting for it I bought It around 100$ maybe 6 or 7 ago and played it for 15min. I never played it again. Lol
I rented FF anthology at blockbuster just so I could play VI. I only got V. At least they gave me back half my cash. 😂 I'm not normally into games like MGS but loved MGS 1. T.R.A.G. was a game I really liked. My mom bought my brother and I each a random $10 bargain bin game at ames for Easter one year. It far exceeded my expectations.
Interesting. When i was a kid my mom only allowed me to play e for everyone until the eb games employees told my mom that t for teen games aren't. Bad . I remember my first t for teen games . They were spiderman 2, star wars : epsode 3 , tony hawks pro skater 3 and ratchet and clank . Shortly after after that my mom allowed t for teen games. But never m for mature .
@@Fortefyre I was allowed to play t for teen games in the early 2000s . But like I said it wasn't until eb games / GameStop employees told my mom that the content in t for teen games was ok . They weren't really bad . So then my mom let me play t for teen games. But m for mature no . Not at all . I remember wanting to play conkers bad fur day when that first came out and my mom said no . I couldn't even play turok . So mature was off limits. I also didn't have a PlayStation 1 back in 2000 or 2001 . I just had a N64 .
@@Fortefyre I started off with an NES , then N64 , then PS2 and Xbox . Didn't own the GameCube . I remember playing it at certain friends houses but that was about it.
Ace combat huh?.....BIAS MUCH WITH THAT PICK?! just pure unadulterated blatant flagrant obvious undisguised unconcealed overt unmistakeable heavy handed air force propaganda. how much did Raytheon and Lockheed Martin pay you for that one buddy?

I appreciate that!
Great episode man! I'm gonna try strider 2 as soon as I get some time off work.
How did it go?
I always appreciate the work you put in thank you sir
Thank you Glen!
Thank you for your service
Thank you!
Final Fantasy Anthology…. I was so excited to finally play 5, but ended up playing 6 a heck of a lot more.
I played it for 5 personally, but I could see 6 being better anyway. I want to say I played III on the SNES when it was time for it, because I was proud of owning it.
So many good games! I had the metal gear soundtrack burned on a cd I used to listen to in my car!
LMAO I 100% had it on my ipod shuffle!
No fair bringing Rugrats into a video. My heart!!!!
Hahaha, I loved that little game.

You bet! Let me know if you do play T'ai Fu, it's so good.

Absolutely, it's a great game!

100%. I love that game so much.
You didn’t include it but breath of fire III is just so classic
Not yet ;)

I wasn't big on Croc. I felt it was so stupid slippery. I hope life does go upwards for you!
Buck Bumble may have been a bad game, but the theme song is S tier.
It's the only thing redeemable about it.

For me it was Okami and 24 the game. I didn't have demos that often.
@@Fortefyre I'll check those out. Demos came with the PS magazine which was a great (and cheaper) way to get new games.
Haha same for me! I only ever had two of them though, I know one of them had the "Black" the weird FPS for the PS2 on the cover.
Kazuki Muraoka and Norihiko Hibino on later Sony systems and GBC are among Sony's best composers.

LMAO typical Blockbuster jank.
Final Fantasy 5 on PlayStation doesn't just have bad loading times; it also has a really bad translation job.
I've heard that as well. My buddy is a translator in Japan and he always remarks that it is notorious for falling short.

I somehow missed the PS1 (aside from FF7) so I am completely unfamiliar with 99% of these. Metal Gear is always fun lol
The PS1 was just as "meh" as the N64, it was a very "try hard" era from most companies.
Tekken 1 is a ripoff of Virtua Fighter.
The series didn't truly find its stride until the 3rd game.
I actually don't like Virtua Fighter lol. At least the first few ones.
