Don't Buy a Currie Antirock, Buy a SwayLOC!

In this episode we address an issue that a customer had after we installed a Metalcloak 3.5 Game Changer lift onto his 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Ecodiesel. Overall he was happy after we completed his build but after taking the Jeep off road a few times he disliked that he had to crawl on the ground and also he found it difficult to detach and reattach the sway bar disconnects. After some research into the aftermarket we found the solution from the company Off Road Only. Here's our install and review of their product the SwayLoc system.

The purpose of the antirock is you just drive it. Hands off. Rubicon owners might as well keep the factory sway disconnect. Atleast that is done from the inside of the Jeep.

I put one on my tj and the fact that I am more 70 highway 30 offroad makes this awesome and what a huge difference it made. I'll have a better review of it in a few years to see how it holds up, but really impressed with it so far

Off Road Only makes a great sway bar for Jeeps! In time I'm going to install both front and rear SwayLOC systems on my JK.

Excellent choice. I have the SwayLOC on my LJ - having the lighter rate on the trail is better than complete disconnect in my experience. And the quality as you mention is top notch.

I don't get this video other than being a SwayLoc ad. So that people are not deceived, the sway bay shown at the beginning is stock for Sports, the link were the only modification added. It is not an Antirock sway bar. The poster disses Antirock in the title but shows nothing to prove SwayLoc is better on or off road. In fact they only show on road in a parking lot to I guess prove this Jeep will do well in malls. They don't show the key factors like articulation and ease of use which the Currie kills SwayLoc by being a torsion system that is hands off to use. You never have to touch the links on Antirock. I'll take it that they mention Antirock because they know it's a top line sway bar.

Very nice set up. For me personally I'm lifted, 35s, all that Jive. But I really like my monster truck mushy suspension. Yep it leans around corners but I still like that feeling. Must be the kid in me. I do have front antisway with (gonna replace) factory skinny mini rear sway bar.

Was that a synergy track bar sector shaft brace, and if it was did you have to modify it to install the ORO?

Yes you can use the SwayaLOC swaybar with a synergy sector shaft brace. You can move the swaybar side to side and lock it in that position. You just have to leave the swaybar links off and rotate the bar to confirm it won’t contact anything

Does mud build up prevent the engagement from open to lock?
