Once you are having to put lots of pressure or getting a burning feeling when you normally wouldn't, it's time time buy new bits. To clean you can go to Sally's and buy clippercide spray or l you can dip them in alcohol.

I've been so worried I'm going to hurt myself, but now that I've watched this, I have so much more confidence, especially with my non-dominant filing hand. Thank you so much for showing a beginners way and the harder non-dominant filing - I appreciate all the content you create and I love your videos!!! 🙌🏻

hey Suzie, I was wondering if soaking off gel nails with acetone (even though they have soak off written on them) can damage your nails? I tried to stop filing too much so I started to soak off my nails for the past three or four sets but since then my nails are completely damaged, the surface of my natural nails has holes, is super dry, breaks from top to bottom and is completely thinned out. i‘m using a nail hardener now for a few days and I’m trying to fix my damaged nails by letting them breathe again but they are completely brittle and look hidious. do you think its possible to use the nail hardener as a base layer (even if it‘s just a polish treatment) underneath any new sets with gel? I‘m kinda scared now and dont want to damage them permanently. I‘m using apres gel x tips and a base coat by madam glam to make them adhere. happy to hear any tips 🙏🏼 also do you think I can work on my nails even though they are so damaged? i felt like the base coat is kinda getting into the first layer of my nails and softened them completey which is why Im thinking about the nail hardener underneath the soak off base gel?

    • @HermesAngel
      @HermesAngel 2 роки тому

As long as you soak them off gently and don't rip them off it's not going to damage the nail or the nail bed it will dry it out so using a good nail oil will help out with strengthening your nails ad much as possible keep in mind when you file on the natural nail your just trying to take the shine off them to much filing can lead to filing through the nail and no one wants that

I'm currently in the process of teaching myself how to do my own nails at home, properly. Its been a process to say the least and UA-cam has been my "teacher" so to speak. I've watched hundreds of nail videos over the last 6 months or so. Some of them are professionals in the nail trade and some are regular girls like me that have perfected their craft. Out of all the videos I've watched you truly have made an impact on my nail journey. Your a phenomenal teacher and you have such a beautiful soul, it shines so bright your aura just glows. Its so easy to watch you because you just flow so easily and your energy is so contagious. You can tell that you're not only educated with years of experience behind you but you have found your calling as a mentor in the nail industry. I always find myself coming back to your videos no matter what kind of advice I'm looking for. I'm very intune with my energy and my feelings and I've noticed that the minute I get to your videos a sense of security and calmness comes to me. I trust and value your opinions over anyone else. Thank you for being you Suzie. I hope you know how amazing and adorable of a woman you are and most importantly how many women you're guiding and educating through these videos. Please don't ever change!! 💜💕💜💕

Thank you. Is their there a video on how to care for my nails once the acrylics are off. My nails feel soft and unhealthy. Now, what can I put on them to rejuvenate my nails and encourage healthy growth?

If You´d compare this BTArtbox and MelodySusie scamander ( or what ever was the name ) , what would You buy for a salon work ( doing gelpolish on rubber base base and occasional polygel/hardgel removal ) ?
These drills are in my mind are basically the same, sourced from china and rebranded with minimal differences. And those bits what they include are just pure joke ( no pro manufacturer ) includes such a crap with their tools...
Currently have 30W 30000rpm JSDA manufactured table top, but handpiece is uncomfortable for my hands and i use it as minimal as possible.
So would like to have something slimmer and easier to carry around. Id go for Korean/Japanese brand or Ericaś ata if finances would allow.. but currently not an option..

Thank you so much Suzie, I just started myself using gelish structure gel and soak off polish and it takes so long to get it off by only soaking it, I bought a similar efile and this is very helpful

Hello thanks for sharing this information with us. The E-file you recommend isn't for sale anymore (maybe it depends in what country in live). I see this video is from 3 years ago, which E-file do you recommand now? I prefer one which is wireless. I hope to hear from you 😊

Is monomer bad for people who are trying to do acrylics at home...I noticed it has a really harsh smell! Can you please reply back

you can buy suzies clean acrylic kit and watch her demo on it,yes it is worth it, and yes it is worth the price, and I would also buy her files/brush set too. You could also just use a mask too. Or do UV hard gel nails/dipping powder nails

I use hard gel because I can't stand the smell of monomer. It's not 'bad' for you, but you can wear a mask if you're worried. (As suggested in previous comment)

I have a question about the drill bits that use n can throw away. My question is, if I'm only using them on myself, how many times can I use one b4 I have to throw it out? Can I use it on myself more than once? I'm so afraid of getting fungus, so I throw them out every time I do a set on myself. Thanks, I wish you would have been my teacher when I was in nail school. I think I would have learned so much more. I can't wait to get the products I ordered. I hope I was able to get your autograph again. Love your channel. I never miss a video.

I'm a beginner. It took ME a long time to get product off my nails. Using medium safety bit, and moving between 4-18K(it go up to 30K)speed on E-file. Upset/tired when I finished all ten nails. Still not sure; will keep trying.

Can you review the airsee portable drill it’s cost less then 30 dollars and it’s good quality!! Because I’ve noticed that the nail drills and products you review and say are affordable are not affordable they are like $70 soo ye your cheap is not my cheap lol because this drill costs $70 that’s a lot of money for a drill!! And as I was saying!! I have the airsee portable nail drill and it works wonders and it only cost like $25!!!

The hubby tried to use mine to “buff” his nails unsupervised. He cranked it up to 30 and used a carbide bit. Thank god I had to go into the room before he tried to actually use it on his natural nail. I now buy him the fine yellow buffers.

I bought a brushless drill off of amazon. what is your take on brushless drills? I liked using it the first week but after that it would run then stop and run again and continue to do that if I ran the machine under 6,000 rpms. Cant decide if I should return it and spend money on a more expensive machine.
