Definitely, but Bob Zilla does a great job keeping the sound here with DamagePlan. Core Pantera members Dime and Vinnie with Bob and Pat killed it too. Playing Walk here is Awesome to see and hear. 🤟😝🤟
That could be true, but with all due respect, I feel like the guy lacks the attitude and stage presence that Rex and Phil have, making them equally high-tier individuals when they are with the Abbott brothers, and together they build up the essence of Pantera. Truly, it was a tragic decision on the part of Phil to throw Pantera out of the bus. He only realized later how significant it was for his very existence as a highlighted metalhead, and it was nothing short of a little too late.@@pattingo316
Pantera would of returned, Darrell wasn't happy with Damageplan, Pat or Bob Zilla. In an interview with Bobby tongs he speaks about how Darrell spoke to him in November and said once the damageplan tour was finished he was going to be doing something different and it won't be this ( referring to damageplan ) he was going to do whatever it took to get the pantera boys in the same room to sort shit out. It's sad, they would of been back but Gale stole him from the world so it never happened.....so fucked
I’ve heard rumors that he was wearing on Dimebags last nerve because he had lead singer syndrome. Apparently Dime was going to give him the boot after the tour
Darrell was over the band in general. Rita and Bobby tongs have both said how Darrell was going to pull the plug on damageplan after the tour finished and do whatever it took to get all the pantera boys back together.
