Also not sure if they are or not, but I think it's crazy to not build say a 2-3 story car park underneath the HMRC site, traffic is going to be crazy.
The area being developed in Newcastle will look similar to the Spinningfield development in Manchester. This too has public realms amongst modern buildings. I went there a few weeks ago. They’re building in newcastle a 150 space car park with the idea of investing heavily in public transport infrastructure, rather than having more vehicles in the city centre. Hi Eddie, take a stroll along Northumberland St. It looks a disgrace, paving stones replaced with black tarmac, street like a patchwork quilt, fix this before spending millions on huge streetlights which have been planned.
@@firestarter1888 from the article it raises eyebrows but there’s nothing illegal about it but if the HMRC infrastructure is costing less through tax cuts then it benefits us anyway

You asked and I know that there are no plans to lose the Racecourse to make way for any NUFC facility. There was some speculation that the golf course beside the race course may be on a short list to be converted into a new training facility but this can’t be confirmed. Any notion that a new stadium, or training facility replacing the racecourse is nonsense Jeff.
NUFC is going to face major problems trying to make there currant stadium into a super Stadium The Tree Huggers and others will force the council to withhold planning and the application will fail If that happens what is the next option its the race course@@TynesideLife
@@Jeffybonbon you’ve been sold on this ‘super stadium’ notion Jeff and it just ain’t happening. Different people will have different views but mainly, people see tourism as a massive source of revenue for the local economy since the death of industry on the Tyne.
Work evolves and Newcastle is no different but in my opinion, the evolution of the city is making it even more special 👍🏻
Hi Eddie, take a stroll along Northumberland St. It looks a disgrace, paving stones replaced with black tarmac, street like a patchwork quilt, fix this before spending millions on huge streetlights which have been planned.
You do know I don’t work for the council don’t you 😅
NICE
👍🏻
Premier Hotel next to Oxford is coming down to eddie
Yeah I think there are plans for the tallest building in Newcastle there 👍🏻
I heard the same thing mate but it's got the refugees living in there just now so not sure how long it will take
@@MrRidemebike 👍🏻
Superb
Red hot today in north Thailand😅
Thanks Gordy 🤜🏻
The HMRC are leasing an office block from the Ruben's off shore shell company set up to avoid tax. Outstanding.
Can you provide the source and reference for that please. Cheers 👍🏻
@@TynesideLife In the guardian newspaper
@@firestarter1888 just read it. Sounds like a good deal for us tax payers who pay for government departments 👍🏻
@@TynesideLife Possibly, i can't remember the exact details, seemed a little bit sketchy to me though.
@@firestarter1888 from the article it raises eyebrows but there’s nothing illegal about it but if the HMRC infrastructure is costing less through tax cuts then it benefits us anyway
My future workplace 😐
You’re a lucky lad 🤜🏻
Still miss the old odeon
Aye me too
Great video. The criminal damage is mainly 1 bloke justin moore aka "otras" hes been spraying for over 20years and is still active. Hes 36ffs. Hes been in the chronicle more than shearer. Not sure why the police dont just keep hitting him with huge fines as hes made a right mess of the whole of Newcastle
👍🏻
gah mate dint know ashley owned the bridge ;3
😂
Well I hope they're going to clean up the rest of the City to match. Looking tired in many places, ie Northumberland Street for a start.
Aye Northumberland Street is definitely looking a bit tired
What will they do with the Race Course ????
Nothing
If you say so @@TynesideLife
Our club owners have pledged to stay and explained why, they’re making significant investments into our current stadium and even if they wanted to move out of the city centre they need majority fan approval under new FA laws. That ain’t happening either.
Thanks for your comments 👍🏻
