Great bunch of firearms! Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇲
Thanks my friend! Have a fantastic Independence Day! 😎🇺🇸👍💥💥
Beretta Sr.
Wow, that Alchemy Prime is absolutely gorgeous. I configured the prime elite almost identically with ring hammer, minus the charcoal blue (not a fan of the look, normal blueing looks better imo), and kept the barrel, bushing, and trigger stainless. I love the classic nature of their designs, very minimalist. Appreciate you showing these all up close.
I think the Alchemy magwell is blended pretty well tbh
Edit: I was talking about the first one.
Did you watch the entire video? We show two separate magwells from ACW, one is clearly blended & the other not so much…. Bottomline, it comes down to very very poor attention to detail. When you are paying this kind of money these quality control misses are completely unacceptable.
- YB
It would be great if it was a drop in but it’s not alchemy says they fit all they’re guns and there is absolutely no excuse for that fit especially when a les baer that probably cost close to half the price has a much better fit and then the beaver tail also looks like a dropin on the alchemy
@@grizzly_mint8204Your Right Sir! I think the Alchemy Bitches are giving that guys comments 👍. Or they can’t see the sides of the mag well at all. Maybe they have their eyes closed. They need to watch the video again if they are not the 20 to 30 Crazies that have been Stalking & Harassing us for Cabot & Alchemy Arms. Haters gonna hate… especially when a 32 minute video about the Truth goes up.
😂😅😎🇺🇸👍💥💥💥
Have a great Independence Day!
Beretta Sr. Make sure you watch part one. 🤠
Look, guys, I admit I only looked at the first Alchemy's magwell and commented on that. Happy now?
Can't believe you guys still have never had an Ed Brown 1911 on your channel. You would change your best bang for the buck opinion.
Maybe some day!! Beretta Sr.
Excellent presentation 👏 Thanks
Thanks Sir!
I was going to buy a Cabot Insurrection (their new 2011) and an ACW Prime Elite to replace my Colt. I plan going to their booths at NRA 2024 Expo to thoroughly inspect these guns after watching these videos. I know what a badly fitted 1911 looks like (my Colt), and I know what Custom guns look and feel like (I hv a Wilson Combat and 2 Nighthawks). I appreciate the heads up on their QC, nothing would piss me off more than paying $4,000-6,000 for a gun where corners were cut
In my opinion the Les Baer is simply the best for quality , price and styling!
I think you are correct. I own 3 used Les Baer for less then $1,600 each. You can’t bear that in 2023. My one used Wilson Combat was $2,700 & that was a Deal! 😎🇺🇸👍💥💥
Beretta Sr.
Some amazing firearms here.
For some reason I think the giant billboards detract from the beauty of some of these guns. It's crazy to me that they put them on such expensive pieces.
I think you can order Les Baer & Sbardella Arms without any billboards at all. Maybe Alchemy Arms too.
Beretta Sr.
Just make sure you have multiple high end 1911’s. Because when you need to sell one to put under the hood of a c4, you will have a back up!! Love the collection guys🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thanks for watching Sir!
Beretta Sr.
Good God man. My $1,000 Colt grip safety is blended better and more sensitized than those ACW's. That is sad because Colt usually has the worst fitting safeties in general. I'll stick to carrying it and save for a Les Baer. Great video guys! Thanks for being the first to speak up, show courage and be honest so we don't have to go through it.
Really?? My Colt is a bag of dicks. Not blended or fitted well at all, the gun literally rattles when you shake it. Also had a lot of sharp edges when it was new. Shoots well and has been 100% reliable the last 4,000 rounds, but not built well in comparison to my other 1911’s
@@ethanmccracken6489 Well mine was fitted very well, but started having a bunch of issues so I got rid of it a month ago.
Being new to 'high end custom' 1911s, is at all possible to buy an inexpensive but solid stock 1911 to 'build on' and upgrade as you go to the equivalent of one of these $6k 1911s? Can you do a video on how to do inexpensive 1911 upgrades to get the most bang for your buck?... so to speak haha
There’s a lot of quality production 1911’s you could start with as base guns.
The Standard Manufacturing 1911’s, Springfield Operator & Emissary models, ronins, garrison or even the Springfield Mil Spec’s are perfect stock guns to build on.
If you buy a base production .45ACP 1911, the only things we traditionally change is the magazine release (if not extended) and bushing/plug over to Wilson Combat thick flange bulletproof parts (we’ve done this to many of our Springfields).

Damn, I wish I could snag a used Les Baer for $1300.
You can get a used les Baer for 1300 . You gotta be watching the different sites all the time. There was one about a year ago on arms list for close to that price.
How about an Ed Brown in the mix?!
I would love to have one, maybe for Christmas! Thanks very much for watching & Subscribing. 😎🇺🇸👍💥
Beretta Sr.
They are indeed some nice pistols. I will have to make do with my Emissary and Colts. I just don’t want to deal with the nonsense you all have encountered. I love my commander size Emissary in 45, although there are some differences as you point out, with respect to fit and finish from much more expensive pistols, but I’m good. Thanks for the video.
There is nothing wrong with a Colt, Springfield, DW, or even my 4 Kimber 1911’s seem pretty freaking nice. The Goons & The Crazy Losers Are Real! F themselves is what I say!! Happy Independence Day!
Beretta Sr.
Would you give us a link, or just the correct spelling of “Lock” Grips?
I really like their product from the looks of them on the video.
Whoops, I just saw them mentioned in one of your earlier videos. LOK Grips.
Thanks.👍
Great company to buy from. Beretta Sr.
Awesome video guys and some nice 1911s. I purchase two of the Lok Grips bushing wrench. They are very nice and well built, thanks for the tip. Have great 4th of July, Slim.
Thanks for giving LOK Grips a chance, and you have a Wonderful Independence Day Sir! 😎🇺🇸👍🤠. Beretta Sr.
Did you get the Springfield Armory Garrison 9mm to the range ? If so, what did you think? I'm looking to buy one of these and your opinion is important to me. Thank you.
Just saw your comment Sir. No Range days yet, I have been traveling a bunch in 2023 since Retirement. When I do get the 9mm Garrison to the Range I will make a shooting video on it.
Best, Beretta Sr.
Nice Video for a 4th of July ‼️

Thanks 👍, we hope
2,000 of you enjoy it on Independence Day 2023.

I enjoy the detail in your reviews. Thanks for the video.
Thanks very much for watching & giving us the Thumbs Up! Stay Safe Sir!! Happy Independence Day!
Beretta Sr. 😎🇺🇸👍💥💥
Great video, guys. In terms of custom 1911s, I have just stuck with Baer and Wilson. Maybe I’m a bit narrow in my focus? This video suggests that I made the right choices.
You chose well my friend. If you do want to try something new reach out to Neil Sbardella at Sbardella Arms. His new Full-Stroke commander 1911’s are outstanding! - YB
Beautiful 1911's, even if I'd never pay $6000-8000. When It comes to 1911's-- I tap out at around $1200. 👀
Totally understandable. There’s a lot of quality 1911’s in .45ACP available for around 1200 or less. The Standard Manufacturing 1911’s, Springfield Operator & Emissary models are in that price range and are top picks for us.
If you buy a base production 1911, the only things we traditionally change is the magazine release (if not extended) and bushing/plug over to Wilson combat bulletproof parts (we’ve done this to many of our Springfields).

@@TheLegionOfStories Any thoughts on Fusion 1911s?
@@rabbitholereviews No not really.
Amazing info guys, much appreciated. Can you do a video on what .357 revolvers you’d recommend? I know S&W stuff is basically a no go at this point.
how come yall got so many acw when there are so many problems with them? was the first gun from acw without issues and problems started after your first gun from them? if i was having problems with a mfr with even one gun, doubtful id give them anymore of my business...
We thought they were something special. A stand up American company that was worth owning a couple of. Cabot & Alchemy Arms should be avoided at all costs IMO. Check out Wilson Combat, or Les Baer if you’re on a tighter budget. I purchased one used Les Baer Government size in great condition for $1,550. New they run a bit more then $3,000. B9USA Sr.
I really wanted to buy a Quantico Hi Cap. I don’t want one now. I will not consider giving my money to ACW.
Two tone... For me....
Right on! Take care Sir.
Beretta Sr.
You should not need to beg pistol builder for the grips you actually paid for. Question to builder: Got any pencil checkoffs next to each specification on the master order…. Or, is that the customer’s job?
I thought the same thing!!! They know this is all true… so they will not comment back. They want the Goons and the Crazies to do their fighting for them. We are not the only Customers they have treated this way. Stay away from Cabot & Alchemy Arms is our Opinions! 😎🇺🇸👍 Beretta Sr.
Wow they are scummy
Nothing really beats a Les Baer
This video gives lots of proof to your statement. The Price of the used Les Baers is simply magnificent for what you get. Les Baer just Kills Cabot & Alchemy Arms!
Lots of folks can learn from our experience. Stay Safe Out There.
Beretta Sr.
Some day I would like to get one in 38 Super.

Very nice. You always did have good taste in firearms. My new favorite is a January 1942 Colt 1911. Proper "G" barrel, with matching serial number on frame and slide. Fires beautifully.
Awesome my friend! Enjoy that Colt & the Grand Kids! 😎🇺🇸👍
Best, Beretta Sr.
I was thinking about saving up for an Alchemy. Going to get a Nighthawk instead.
Great Call Overall. The Quality Control is much better with Nighthawk over Alchemy as of 2023 IMO. Have a great Independence Day! 😎🇺🇸👍💥💥
Beretta Sr.
So many beautiful 1911’s. It’s very disappointing when you spend that kind of money and the pistols have issues. Great video guys 🤠
Thanks very much Sir! One Good thing about Cabot & Alchemy, they give me guns to Sell! 😎👍🇺🇸💥💥💥

I love i want m.1911 stainless
45 acp 10mm. And 38 super
Made in usa and israel All brands 😁😁😁. 12. 7. 66
Thank-You! 😎👍💥💥
Thats still absolutely mindblowing to me how hit or miss the quality of ACW/Cabots are as far as fitment goes. Especially for the price. Thats such a shame considering how beautiful their pistols are. Id have to agree theyre more for show than anything at that point.
Thanks for watching. I think a good ACW could be a workhorse. Just have to improve the Quality Control issues and get much more consistent on it at a high level. This could be a learning lesson for them, no matter all the terrible things they say about us. I think they are concentrating on improving overall from all of this. It’s a good move for them. 😎👍🇺🇸💥💥💥
Beretta Sr.
@@BERETTA9mmUSA Absolutely. I truly hope they do improve on quality and actually build them to their full potential as they should be for the price. Happy 4th!!
Pretty disappointing for Cabot, wouldn’t have expected this from them and ACW
Lots of room for improvement with Cabot & Alchemy Arms! Gives me some Guns to Sell in 2024. Watch out for the Crazies Out There!
Beretta Sr.
@@BERETTA9mmUSA 😂I certainly will!
Why keep ordering custom pistols from a novice business with mediocre attention to order detail. Sloppy customer service; sloppy ethics and top dollar….Wow!!! I got a nicer pistol from Kimber.
Done Deal!! No More, we will be selling both Cabot Arms and half of our Alchemy Arms in 2024. Might keep a couple of Alchemy Arms for future videos. 😎🇺🇸
