Tip for the spit-catcher... use a hair elastic looped around the cable holder and the catcher in a figure of 8 to keep it secure. I must make a Short to illustrate it because it's easier to show than describe.
I love my AE-30. These aren't just for jazzers or for classical silent practice. Anyone who is into synth music who played sax or clarinet at high school should look into getting one of these! The AE-30 has 5-pin MIDI which is great for controlling hardware synths and the Behringer Neutron is a perfect gateway to controlling Eurorack. ...and then there's the motion controls and touch-sensitive thumb pad. ❤

Not sure he is correct about the Bluetooth function. Mine will act as a receiver so you can play along with a backing track on your phone while using headphones, but I don't think it can drive an external speaker. I have to use one of the jacks for that.
I don’t know why some commenters here were so critical towards your demo. Nothing wrong with it at all, especially considering that 99% of the Aerophone playing content I see online here and elsewhere is truly dull and forgettable lite/smooth jazz flavored material. Hate to be such a Negative Nancy but I just don’t see anyone taking advantage of it’s impressive synth capabilities. Seems the instrument is just way ahead of its time maybe?
I would not call it an EWI, that confuses it with a rival company. Roland calls it a Digital Wind Instrument, not Electronic Wind Instrument. Also, there's more than 3, do your homework guys!

Have an AE-20, and I can confirm that it is, indeed, awesome.

You cannot use bluetooth for speaker out because this technology gives too much latency. Bluetooth MIDI out to a sound module is possible.
Get the ae 30. Take the time to setup breath and emb. controls
Long latency with midi but good for pads that don't require attack. Otherwise I love mine

If you want to hear this listen to Andrew Oh. Sorry who ever you are bad demo
"...and everything like that"... like what?!
