If new immigrants refused to give birth, what is the point of getting more new immigrants to create more social fault lines and social divisions to local multi racial communities ?
Not to forget, when these infertile new immigrants ( foreign talents ) aged, young Singaporeans will have to subsidize their elderly medical needs which does not make sense at all.
Many new immigrants children do not serve NS at all, there is no reason to compel Singaporeans to serve NS to protect foreigners and foreign talents lives and assets.

Well, PAP better wake up! The country's top leadership has to have the vision and courage to do the right things in order to take the country forward. This comfortable majority that PAP currently enjoys could vaporise overnight. Appointing Guardians of our institutions who also happened to be family members and friends of those whom they are supposed to supervise are indeed too close for comfort. More public discourse should be undertaken to address those valid concerns. Act quickly to defend the integrity of our institutions and public office, the price of political expediency is simply to big for Singapore to pay!
