    C'mon Matt! Believe in your training! Believe in yourself! You're absolutely going to crush this marathon! I'm signed up for my first marathon (CIM) and also using Hal Higdon's Intermediate 1 plan. I identify a lot in your videos. You're motivating me to believe in my training and myself too

    Good luck tomorrow Matt. Advice from a 12 time marathoner. Don't go out to fast. It's so easy to do that. And remember to smile. You're gonna do awesome.

    Just got back from race kit pickup, and continuing my carb load. Mine is a bit less, 400g day 1, 600g day2, and 600g today. And a lot of hydrating. So far, up 5lbs since waking up Thursday morning.
    Should be a very good pack of people going for 3:30'ish, so I'm hoping to feed off that, especially if it's as windy as they are predicting.

      Was aiming for 3:29:59 and ended up with 3:32:47. So missed my big goal by a little under 3 minutes. But it was a PR of 33 minutes faster
