Definitely good passive income from them. I ended up remodeling my carwash and just replaced the single ones this week to new ones. They lasted around 25 years which is crazy to see. I believe 5 of the single ones cost around 4k total. But overall love the carwash bro. You gave me the idea to go white walls also but instead of paint i went frp panels at the bottom. Definitely looks very nice. Thanks for always showing us how you do things.

Awesome video man I think that's a great idea for mostly passive cash flow. Actually a good ROI on that stuff if you think about it. Also you could do CC readers for the smaller stuff but also charge a .10 cent surcharge for the card fee.

What would you value a 6 bay ss wash that hasnt run since 2007? Needs work about same shape as yours when you started.
Its difficult to determine. Ideally it would be best to run it rent free for 6 months to a year to establish the business before having the overhead of a payment. Negotiate with the land lord and find a win-win game plan.

What about having all the vending on that back wall and then maybe just signs of arrows maybe something that says vending with an arrow or don’t forget the air freshener and towels in the back some like that

just from my experience , ive put card readers on all my vending machines at my carwash, for some reason they still use mostly quarters , very little card activity on them , but i guess every location is different , might do good in some places, but as for as my location the card readers on the laural vending machines was a huge wast of money that i will never recoup,
Yeah card readers are hard to justify for a low margin item
