I drive by here often. I live in South Lake Tahoe. This ranch is so massive and it really is a beautiful place.
Nice. But for 90 million, I'd take half the size for something on the Oregon coast.
This was the Ranch of Don Bently who passed in 2012 and who owned Bently Nevada LLC, located in Minden NV and he sold to GE ~ 2001. Chris Bently, his son and sole heir of his fathers estate(s), decided to exit his families holdings in Minden ~ 2022/23 and closed the Bently Heritage Distillery and apparently other Bently assets such as the Ranch in Minden.
