Just wanted to drop a note to say that your ability to ask insightful question, push speakers to dive deeper and consistently upload quality content that seem to be getting better iteratively is the reason I've got really excited about podcasts for the first time. Regarding feedback: I think a clear justification and evidence should be also part of the feedback. Otherwise it is just an opinion that is unassessed and will damage the person on whom the FB is given.
No one has the energy to be so microstrategic and finnicky about their day. Not the majority and not even most sane people. She is talking about very few who have the natural ability to be so detail oriented and plan everything. Doesnt apply to most. Most people are normal not crazy.
