    Most of YT bodyBuilders are Clickbait s**t : "ooh, look those 3 workouts will blow up your chest", "5 secret workout you didn't know", "mooooonster traps"....And here is Fouad: a honest guy, guy who respects eating, kitchen, who's actually cares about progress, and regarding the workouts, he always has advices for everyone, i.e. how to do an actual set - why is it better to do with some way or so...thanks and Keep up Fouad the great work!

    Basically ate tuna as my protein source for dinner every day, ive lost over a 100 pounds. But having a lot of money or not, tuna is amazing lol. And I've found simple meals like you just showed, or switching with eggs/egg whites actually helps me personally. If I don't have to overthink, it helps me mentally, i don't mind eating the same thing

    Main problem with alot of bodybuilding meals on a budget videos out there, they put out videos of meals that need to be heated. alot of us dont have access to a microwave during the day because we work at job sites, so any types of meals that can be ate cold and still be appetizing is greatly appreciated.
    I'll eat cold food, i don't give a fuck, but its nice to have cold served nutrition we can look forward to.

    Totally agree. Cant go wrong with this, a 20-50lb bag of rice and enough tuna to last a month for about $100-150 at Sams Club or Cosco. No need to complicate things or go broke trying to reach your goals. Might be repetitive af and get old, but you’re eating for purpose, not taste.

    Man, it’s very interesting to come across these older videos from when The Hostile channel was first getting traction. Fouad, has progressed soooo much. Here you can see how “raw” he was. Now he is able to not only keep people engaged for hrs but steer the conversations. The brand itself has taken off. Now they are putting on their own IFBB/NPC shows. It’s wild really……3 yrs……that took 25yrs to develop. So many people have come and gone, so many different casts. But Fouad has steadily and consistently put out amazing content and I couldn’t be happier for him( and Ben😅😅). Can’t wait to see what’s in store next…….I know Luke is proud of his guys. Well Done Sir.

    Thanks for the info.Just two pointers.1 do not let the water run for so long, it is a waste. 2. Be careful with tuna consumption. Tuna contains mercury. Be sure to read the tags and do not exceed 170grams / 10 days.
    Having said that, what alternatives do you use for tuna?

    • @FouadAbiad
      @FouadAbiad  5 років тому

      JohnnyGTar why is it a waste? Any other protein source is an alternative

    • @JohnnyGTar
      @JohnnyGTar 5 років тому

      @@FouadAbiad no , I meant the water running for so long without washing or filling something! Proteins have different absorption by the body. I think tuna is the one that is absorbed better and then comes beef, but I wouldn't bet on it. I am eating once a day due to my schedule and I really gotta make the meal count!
