When things don’t go right. Old rifles.

A look at a couple rifle purchases that just didn’t go right. That happens when you buy old guns. The Remington Targetmaster and Mossberg 352KB.

I will say that the Remington is super easy to work on, barrel slides off after removing 2 pins (the barrels are very cheap on ebay as well). The 510,511,512,513, and 521 are completely interchangeable as long as you have the right stock if changing to tube fed or Bull barrel. And a quick bonus, 550 barrels work also.

I never did get the barrel unplugged. I think I will do as you suggest and find a different barrel. Perhaps I could find a youth or carbine length barrel for it.
