Jordan, You are such a bright and curious person. I remember when you were young you didn’t think you were smart enough for college. You certainly are smart enough now to seek a college degree.If you attended classes it would be fun to hear about what you are learning.

OMG You guys! I have a ring camera in the kitchen that watches over the whole downstairs! When I tell my husband that I told him to do something a few times and he didn’t before I left the house, he says NO YOU DIDN’T and my response is “Do I need to pull the footage”!! Then I say “Roll that beautiful bean footage!”!hubby hates that I can catch him! Lol do it!!!! 😂😂😂

As usual I love this episode ❤❤ I remember my early jobs where companies built morale in the workplace by having parties and gatherings. Great atmosphere at work where everyone got along and boosted productivity. It's just sad today how all of that has been lost. Keep up the great work y'all are doing on this podcast!! ❤❤

‘Businesses are so greedy’. Well-said Jeff! We pulled back big time on restaurants bc it went from $40-45 plus tip to $60-70 plus 25-30 % tip for the same food and poorer service. I’d rather just eat at home and it’s healthier bc we choose what goes in it! Meanwhile the CEO of the chain restaurant is making $15M bonuses.

There’s a serial killer that’s been doing this for years around the country. Originally it was the Smiley Face killer but he’s in custody so it looks like a copycat. I live in Texas and there’s been something like 20 young men that have gone missing. Apparently the river was too low to drown in if he’d slipped but with all of those missing men they are almost always found in a river and this kid had his credit card found by the river.
My wife is Irish and also being from Boston i can confirm St Patrick's day does get a bit crazy here. 😂
Also gonna start a vacation fund so my family can stay at Jordan's discount beach house someday 😅

I’m surprised Jeff hadn’t heard of Riley’s disappearance. I keep hoping he’s in a homeless camp or a shelter. It used to be you memorized phone numbers but people rarely do. Maybe he doesn’t know his parents phone numbers. I’ve been praying they find him safe but it’s been so long I doubt he’s alive. God be with you Riley and your family.
Also the interviews I’ve seen make it sound like Nashville at night isn’t safe.
I worked with mostly all college grads…believe me that piece of paper didn’t make them smart! Some of the dumbest box of rocks had a degree! I worked in education…..some of my co-workers would never had made it in the corporate world! 🤣😂. Education has zero to do with having a degree, and how you choose to educate yourself is key…..reading, studying on your own is very telling on how educated you are! 🤗

As someone in the hospitality industry - I can give some insight. The tourism fees go to the state which they use to continue to promote tourism. The hotel does not receive those fees. The occupancy tax goes to the hotel. You can request to not pay the resort fee or refuse it - most of the time they will honor your request.

42:31 this is actually happening at the CNC shop I work at right now. A guy is retiring that has work here 20+ years and they brought donuts this morning. Donuts. Like wtf! Us employees are getting a fund together to give him a little gift as he leaves today. Just sad these owners don’t care anymore.
Texas doesn’t have a state tax but housing is through the roof. We live in a one room apartment with a den, my son uses the den, which has the laundry room in it, for $2100 per month in a Dallas area city. Crazy!

The problem with fees is the city wants a piece, the county, and the state. They add on the ridiculous taxes and the hotel or the Airbnb is passing them on.

Same Jordan! All those are my favs too, except Backstreet. NSYNC, is my #1, fav, fav,fav, then 98 degrees and then the girls. I have been waiting so looooooooong for the NSYNC reunion tour. I think it’s gonna happen. They’ve been hinting at it, even Justin in a recent interview. It won’t be this year cause of Justin’s tour. I think it will be next year. I’m hopeful and so excited and beyond. Tell Lance I want a hookup too, please. 🙏😉

Smiley face killer, have you heard about this history? It’s college age guys, usually intoxicated, go missing after leaving a bar alone. Missing for weeks then turn up deceased in a local body of water but not decomposed enough to be in the water that whole time they were missing. There’s a painted smiley face by the water (bridge, etc). Sorry, sounds morbid just look it up & see the number of missing college age guys that turn up this way & the documentary about it turning into a copycat thing over the years. PRAYERS HE IS FOUND SAFE, but the vibes are crazy similar.

I just finished my re-watch of Big Brother season 11, and I found your podcast Googling to see what happened to you two. This is so bizarre to see you all these years later as a bickering married couple. And Jordan's accent is mostly gone.
I wanted to go to the aero smith peace out tour but they wanted $500 for one ticket that sat behind the stage!!! And that’s the price BEFORE the added on fees. No thanks. I’ll just watch it on UA-cam 😂

Princess Diana’s family were friends and Diana’s Grandmother was one of the Queen’s ladies in waiting. Charles couldn’t married Camila because she wasn’t a virgin. Diania was just 19 when she and Charles married and had lived a very sheltered life. I’ve read everything on them and I don’t think Charles was ever faithful to Diana. It’s very common for those with titles to be unfaithful and others seems to be ok with it. Rumors are Prince Phillip wasn’t faithful until Queen Elizabeth put her foot down. Queen Elizabeth changed some of the rules so Camilla could be Queen Consort an Charles changed those. I do hope William hasn’t been unfaithful knowing how it destroyed his mother’s mental health. I hope Catherine is just recovering from surgery as she like Diana are an asset to the Crown. BTW William and Catherine went to college together. Someone thought she wouldn’t be able to handle the media so they briefly broke up. I think after that alot of time was spent preparing her to marry William and all it would bring. I think they are a great team and have handled all the awful stuff, Harry and his horrible wife have said and implied with class.
He was kicked out of the bar and had to go out the back door. Security wouldn't let his friends go with him, they had to go out the front entrance and by that time they couldn't find him. I really hope he is found alive but it doesn't look good :(
The missing college student is 6ft-6inches. He’s definitely rememberable.

The concert thing makes me mad 😡 If you save for it ,and it’s popular like Taylor swift ,it’s impossible to get tickets due to the queue thing and pre sales and influencers getting tickets first! How is it fair a tik tok star can see Taylor swift 5 times but us pions can’t even get in a queue to get tickets then the tickets prices are insane!
