Lived on Cricket Ave in Ardmore for 4 years in the 1990's as a broke student. Walked to everywhere in town. Took the train to the city and to Villanova. Good times.
I'm actually looking for a single-family home with some green, trees, yard, is that possible there? And also cat friendly. I'm moving from New York City
Hello, pls I’m an international student coming for my masters at the university of Pennsylvania. I need a reasonably priced (for students ) off campus residence in a safe location not far from the school. Price should include utility costs. Can u pls help me? Thanks.

Lol, you’re not getting to the airport or Center city in 30 minutes unless you’re going 30 mph above the speed limit at 3 am
Not during rush hour but most other times, you’ll be able to get there in 30 min
The train is about 30 minutes depending on your stop. It's 18 minutes to 30th street. So I think it depends
