Build is cool i saw mods and first question was why he just not use place anywhere then i saw its console so propably no script extender. About vid - adjust audio less music, sound when you speak, less game noise and keep mussic when you do speedup parts or timelaps and will be epic in future ;)

Hi yes I did use mods and it is possible to build it without mods as long as you have the wasteland workshop dlc so you have the concrete
