  • In this video I have answered the questions of my viewers. Many times parents ask about diet of their 6 month baby or they ask about Protein rich foods for their Child. In my community post section I asked about Protein sources of Your child
    Is it Non veg diet ?
    Is it Egg ?
    Is it Legumes or ?
    Is it Quinoa ?
    Many viewers replied that though Egg and Non Veg Diet is the best source of Proteins but they can’t give it to their child because their family is a Vegetarian Family. In this video I have shared knowledge regarding Vegetarian sources of Proteins. I also stressed that Minimum 3 types of Fruits should be given to Child per day. Citrus Fruits are good and very healthy since they contain Vitamin C. Fruits and Vegetables are rich sources of Fibers, Vitamins and Minerals. It is responsibility of parents to give more fruits and vegetables in diet of their children.
