Hello, Ranveer and Team can you please bring Sinu Joseph she has worked closely with local tribes to understand and help them with menstrual health and she has also written a whole book on why women are not allowed to enter Sabarimala temple with proper scientific reason. Please bring her on the show
My problem is I only watch podcasts.. everyday I try to watch 4-5 podcasts at 2x speed still I have 150 left in watch later list.. I'm unable to cope up with all the podcasters 😅
Please Bring Rajatotsava Awardee Dr Nagarathna Dhidhi (89F) (Senior Yoga Consultant in india) she is from Svyasa University, bangalore. Hansa Yogendra Dhidhi Bombay can guide you further.
👌🏻Thankyou Team, You're Doing Amazing Job. Please Bring Rajatotsava Awardee Dr Nagarathna Dhidhi (89F) (Senior Yoga Consultant in india) she is from Svyasa University, bangalore. Hansa Yogendra Dhidhi Bombay can guide you further.
Pls bring more nutritionists and Gynaecs so that more knowledge reaches to people as every middle or lower middle individual can not have such highly educated n experienced doctors..Thank You
Also talk about calcium she should mention about Calcium lysinate provides the bioavailable calcium higher than the other calcium salts. Certain calcium supplements that are not chelated have been shown to interfere with the absorption of some other minerals, particularly with iron. And excess calcium can cause unwanted calcification which is hazardous ⚠️
Thumbnail me Bollywood logonki pic lagake u will not get entry in Bollywood.. itna bhi mat chato..they have done nothing for our country to make country proud.. jinone sachme kuch kiya he..in sports, politics, in social life, in army jinone sachme kuch kiya he for our country unke pics lagane chahhiye.. think abt it.
so when are woman is pregnant there is a spike in estrogen, which results in less hair fall and helps overall growth... once the baby is out the estrogen levels drop too quickly and hence the hairfall.
Our 9, 10,11, and 12th grades are very strenuous. We have a lot to cover for board and competitive exams in those years. We usually go for tuitions after school and then after getting back from tuitions we only have a few hours of the day left to even catch up with our lessons. So yeah, sleeping at 11 pm did feel like a crime because it would feel like if we didn't finish our chapters before sleeping, we wouldn't be able to keep up with the next day. I used to sleep at 1 and wake up at 6 in my 11th and 12th grades with science. It is the same all over the world. I am in the US now, and all my friends from all around the world share the same story. It is worse with my friends from China and South Korea. Even my American friends pull all-nighters very often. Now I am an academic and even now I work till late at night and often complete my papers late at night. Some conferences even give a deadline of Niue time midnight, which is 5 am EST and on those days all of us in our labs stay up till very late at night and work on our papers till almost 5am. Even our senior colleagues who are 60- 65 years of age do the same. My university even had a coffee flavor ice cream called " the all- nighter" :D . What to do if we have to keep up with academics and also get the required sleep?
First thing VEGAN diet is not even introduced by Our intelligent Ancestors It was coming from Western countries like America, Europe 95% People over there are having non veg diet and having lactose intolerance Which made them to exclude dairy products from their diet Plus they dont have culture to eat different grains and beans so they simply started adopting VEGAN diet all together BUT to the surprise of blind followers of western culture, HERE IN USA NOW THEY’ve started switching to Vegetarian diet and half cooked diet which does include Eggs And reduce their intake on Green leafy vegetables Because they started seeing stomach or lever infections issues Because due to high intake of uncooked food they started getting inflammation and other dietary issues
I totally disagree on the points she made about milk products and multi vitamins. One is better off not consuming milk and its products if the cow is given antibiotics, artifically inseminated and milk is extracted unethically if she hasnt fed her calf (during the feeding period). We just end up consuming a lot of toxins through the milk and overload the liver, which eventually causes a lot of chronic illnesses. Our ancestors never took multivitamins, how were they so fit and capable? If the body is lacking in a vitamin or mineral, it means it is unable to absorb it through food. This could be because the food is deficient in those vitamins or the body has overload of toxins that is preventing it from absorption. In many cases, its because of the toxin overload. We dont need multivitamins as long as we have whole vegan food, cooked at home with good intentions. We must avoid toxic processed foods and certain cookware, flush the liver every 4 weeks to get rid of the toxic buildup, spend a lot of time in sun as sun is healing, cook our own food using whole ingredients and cold pressed oils and most importantly, be happy and content from within and have good thoughts about self and others
I humbly request all the boys to watch this interesting episode. It'll teach you so much cause you have a mom, a sister, a girlfriend, etc. gain knowledge and be there for females
I’m thinking how can people comment on this vedio without watching it fully and it’s only been one hour being uploaded I’m still left with 11 minutes 😅
This was informative, as always. But did u miss out on women between the post preg and menopause phase? I mean there should be advice for that section in late 30's early 40's women who have growing kids, working, homemakers, and who still have a long way to reach menopause.
Blooper where she said vegan people will have deficiencies. I stopped and won't watch further. Please go and watch Game Changers first. You will not want to watch this
Here are some suggestions for the question questions : 1) how to deal with periods pain , 2) is taking pain killer safe for periods pain or does it cause some side effect later in life for pregnancy etc . 3) Are there any natural remedies for periods pain .4) is there deficiency that causes period pain or is it natural some have it some don’t . 5) is washing head during periods fine or not advisable.
I am confused totally. There are people saying suppliments are not good and natural food can cover the deficiency. While Luke Coutinho also talks about the benefits of intermittent fasting. Can some one pls respond
I saw my dadi my mom they don't hv any issue what she said about menopause ,,,they absolutely ok without any special treatment ,,,bt now day we became more panic about anything ,,,,,
Hats off ramveer u r crazy.great information from ur content . Please do some content on healthy partnership and the vedic way of having kids. This would help all the coming generation. As it is very confusing for the generation.

Whenever I watch a podcast with a nutritionist, I always get confused about what to eat. Ayurveda says not to eat paneer, and in this video, it is ok to eat paneer.
Very disappointed ☹️ this lady has missed so many important things like cravings, satiety she as a nutritionist be more specific when it comes addiction’s of dessert and cold drinks and so where you can get off by particular vitamin deficiency and the soya chunk and soya chops or completely high processed foods!! And many more details that are changed by time and she is in still old school.. god bless the followers and clients of this lady ..!! 😢
