LED works best with clean dry skin- you don't want to have any actives such as exfoliation or retinol as the LED can push these actives deeper into the skin which leads to irritation- not recommended! XO

why would you suggest doing LED without any serums? I understand why it wouldnt work with chemical exfoliants or retinol.
