le mans, like most endurance races, usually opts for 3 or 4 drivers max per car over the 24-hour period. sports-car racing is some of the best motorsport action you can see, i highly recommend you check it out!!
oh, and more nascar stuff if you haven't gotten to it already :)
id like just to point that the nascar car was a heavily modified version of the current cup car, less weight, more power, double the aero, new front sub-chassis, new tyres... and entered the race as the garage 56, so no regs for them as the other cars have to do, also they dont have to meet the BOP (balance of performance), wich was so cool to see, its an amazing car and sounded so good, sadly theres no way we can see that car running the championship under the current gt3 regs. Its definitely one of the coolest cars ive ever seen.
have you not seen the video she's reacting to? they literally say that in the video.
@pandre5458 i commented while watching
I think if not R&D got put into it, they may be able to race with the BOP. Their big thing is they really should have a rear wing… but anybody that watched the one season they had wings knows why they don’t like that… when they went backward, it was like watching a Mercedes CLR take off. So I can understand why they’d be hesitant, but that was also BEFORE the rear diffusers and being built for more road courses… so I’m thinking we may even see a remergence of the nascars with wings now that they have proper ground effect.. maybe keep the front dive planes for good measure, but that wing will add even more downforce where it matters, and if they can put the stock car on a diet, that extra horsepower won’t be necessary either
And fuck the doors
unrestricted nascar vs restricted ferrari GT3?

Americans: "Lets take a motorcycle to a bycicle race"
American media: "The day Americans beat Europeans!"
Still faster regardless
@@sirsancti5504man you are reaching, yeah we were pumped up about it but every media outlet I ever encountered here about it made sure to stress that while we were at the track we were in our own category and not racing for position or times.
24hr races have 3 drivers for each car that swap during pitstops throughout the race so they don't get fatigued and can get some rest. 24hr races often have long safety cars that can last for multiple hours because of the weather and/or crashes, most of the time it's more like an 18hr race for example last year LeMans had a lot of time under safety car due to heavy rain and the Nurburgring 24hr race was shortened because of heavy fog.
6hours of sc is not a common thing in 24hrs race
@@timmynicolas8729 yeah it was an exaggeration to say it's common but it does happen to at least one race a year most of the time.
Le Mans is a 24 hour race and a city in France. The race takes place partially on a track and on public roads. And no, they don't rely on just one driver. Each team has 3 to 4 drivers per car. But the car does drive 24 hours minus time spent in pit stops for fuel and tires.
The AMG Mercedes Benz GT3 Evo got 707hp from a 6.2 litre V8 Powerplant!!!!!!!!
Fran, each team has 2 drivers, so they swap during pit stops.. Typically it's 6 hrs shifts between swaps. Or some times 3 hrs depending on circumstances . So 2X6 hrs or 4X3 hrs stints for each driver..
It's endurance racing, not just for drivers but machines as well.!!!
It's well worth a watch at some point..,👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Need to do more nascar content, Slapshoes and The Iceberg do great content on nascar. I tell people all the time watch and learn things about the sport instead of bashing it because you don’t know it. Nascar fans want the sport to grow but if you don’t even give it a chance you won’t ever learn the cool things about the sport.
Please react to Danica Patrick The Worst NASCAR Driver source UA-cam
There's a 24 he motorbike race called the BolD'or. NASCAR is a bit like speedway but speedway is 100 times better. 500cc 2 stroke bikes that run on methanol with NO BRAKES to turn you have to turn and give it gas to make it drift around the corner. At 80 mph with another 3 riders all millimetres from each other it's probably the most excitement you can have in 2 minutes
A unrestricted Ferrari GT Car would beat the Nascar anytime
not exactly true but it was a fan favorite for many.
Basically, the video heading is fake news.
The NASCAR has almost no rules but the other cars are totally regulated to slow them down.
Let the Ferrari race under the same rules as the NASCAR.......OH NO , can't do that, the Ferrari speed would be too dangerous to allow.
React to WEC pls
That's a really biased thing to say.. The NASCAR entry was a one-off, unrestricted car. The rrst of the GT cars were competing under category rules.
have you not seen the video she's reacting to? they literally say that in the video.
It's never enough to remember. Specially with dumb titles like the original video.
Pay attention to the video.
Every unrestricted FIA GT Car would beat the Nascar!!
A lot of butthurt insecure people down here, lol.
Pls reaction to Michael shumacher i like your video pla react to it🙏
thanks. i did react to one video of his
It wasn't faster than a Ferrari 499P that won at Le Mans. Misleading title of video is misleading. 🤨
It was faster than some ferraris
@@DaronP.959 *faster than one Ferrari model, from a lower class 🤔 I loved NASCAR Chevrolet at Le Mans, but too many widows are misleading.
@helloScuffed faster than ferrari innit 🤦♂️
@@DaronP.959 Oh, you are one of THOSE guys, sorry I don't speak fluent in idotic 🤷♂
Your pretty face is hard to look away from when watching your videos. HaHa🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😘😘😘😘

AKA: they actually do real racing now instead of playing bumper cars inside an oval
Wrong. Unrestricted, one-off car against ruled-categories.
@@sirsancti5504 Wrong....NASCAR Circuit of The Americas, Road America, Watkins Glen and Sonoma are the road courses the Cup Series currently visits.
@adeak, I was not talking about that.
(And yes, I knew not all nascar calendar is oval/turnleft. I di follow it occasionally).
You clearly don’t watch the sport so pipe the fuck down
