Every day 5 minutes but as a fresh beginner it can helps when you doing tadasana pose 1 minute and then 30 seconds calm and 1 minute again and then 30 seconds calm. In the calm times your body learning to handle that pose. I make it 5 minutes every day in this rythm. Take the time that you need and the first step is complete when you hold it 1 minute and then you can if you want hold it 2 minutes long and calm 1 minute before you hold it 2 minutes long again🙂

First you should yourself learn the correct way to do it watch swami ramdev tadasan video ....dont teach wrong things to public just by wrap up your video with good music location and ofcourse foreign language slang
