VLOG: making my 2024 vision board, late christmas haul, goals & resolutions for the new year!

Hi everyone, welcome back to a new vlog! This is my first vlog of 2024, chatting mostly about my New Years goals/resolutions, while making my vision board. Also inserted a little belated christmas haul, hope you enjoy! Don't forget to like & comment what your goals/resolutions are this year :)

I’m 67 and I follow people of all ages. I learn and am inspired by both the elderly and our youth. Your message about being too independent resonated with me, most especially when you spoke of being a middle child. My whole life I have celebrated that at a very early age I found peace with becoming ultra independent. I too am a middle child and one of my reasons for striving for independence was because in many ways I was like an only child. I had two older brothers and the three of us were Irish twins. I had two sisters that were a lot younger. My older brothers were like best friends and my two sisters were inseparable and always had each other’s back. All four of my siblings had never-ending problems and I was the boring child, lol. Consequently, my mom was overwhelmed with 5 kids. I can’t say my mom was mean to me but she was so busy and I was more of an afterthought, lol. As I grew old, I felt my only role was to help everyone one when they were in financial crisis but that doesn’t lend itself to long-term bonding. God has blessed me beyond measure, I have a good education and have done well for myself. Everyone has struggles regardless of how accomplished they might be but I never felt it was good or the right time to share my plights in life. Consequently, the life I mapped out for myself has made me feel very isolated at times. Regardless, overall, I’m happy and grateful for what I have been blessed with. You’re young and strikingly beautiful, and most importantly you seem kind and mature beyond your years. It’s ok to let people in, for it’s obvious that you have a solid constitution regardless of your station at any given time and that you are deserving! Blessings always ❤
