Putting the sand bags in holes is absolutely necessary. They kept sliding on me. But eventually in heavy wind i got it adjusted pretty good. Leaning the poles helped and having someone else assisting in the adjustments helps too
There is a learning curve for sure!! I found it best to place the top of the pole deeper back into the top behind the main seam. Keep the poles straight as possible. Then just slide the sand bags to make slight adjustments for wind. Looking at mine right now in 35mph wind and it’s pretty stable. Only thing that really disappointed me was that it does NOT keep rain from going through the fabric 🙄
Yes that’s a great walk through! And yes it’s not very good when it rains. But overall I like the product as well. I just ordered one of their nano tents. So that review will come out soon. Thanks for watching!
I hear ya! We did have a tough time getting the hang of it at first. And I will say that in high wind it does struggle some. I also like the cool cabana (did you see my video for that one?) but I do think the ninja shade does give more shade and is cheaper. But the cool cabana is easier to set up and can with stand more wind. Thanks for watching!
Wrong! Easy set up and stays in place in strong winds. You have to put enough sand in the bags and pull them out far enough out to keep tension on the poles. Love mine!
So good luck if it's windy like it is on most days at the beach. You will find using the straps at the top does NOT work in windy conditions. Better to go without them. Good luck. It's worth it if you use it 15 - 20 times.
Yeah if it’s windy it goes get a bit shaky. I used it this past week and it worked fine unless it was really windy. But I noticed most other tents were struggling as well accept for the large heavy pop up tents. Thanks for watching and for the advice.
Not trolling, just seems like it's too much work and looks super flimsy. Bought an EZ up and works great and it's super stable and sets up in under 5 mins.
Yeah I’ve used those a lot and still do the only thing I don’t like about them is the weight. I’m usually carrying a couple chairs, toys and a kid. But they are a great option. I have had multiple ones get caught in the wind and flip up and break though so be careful. Thanks for watching! I’ll review another type in a few weeks. Let me know what you think.

Horrible design, poor install process, poles don’t stay put, and flimsy in the wind. Cool cabana ia far bettee

Is this the 8 person
Hmmm. I don’t remember. I don’t think so.
IMPOSSIBLE to set up on even a slightly windy beach!
Dang sorry about that. Did you try to pull the bags all the way and dig the holes?

I’m in the market for a new beach setup so it’s great to hear your recommendation and see the actual set up. Looks pretty easy. Thanks!
yeah it wasnt too bad. We enjoyed the shade and it wasnt too much to carry.
its the only one i seen that works extremely well under very windy conditions.
Yeah it’s pretty good. When it gets really windy though, it does shake and will fall. But overall it’s a great investment. Thanks for watching.
TIP- If you dig a hole and bury the bags it works well in windy conditions
I used it in high wind and it worked well by overfilling bags and putting in holes.
Nice! That’s awesome! Thanks for letting me know.
Good video but what size is this canopy ?
Good question! It’s 10x10.
As long as it is not windy, this is great.
Yes, true true
Great video. Short and to the point.
You got it! Thanks for watching!

Awesome instructions. I always have a hard time following directions without a visual. Thanks!
Same here! You are welcome!
Pretty cool set up!
Thanks!
Great job… love it!
Thank you!
What a pain in the ass
Oh yeah? You don’t like it?
