    1 ½ tbsp cooking oil

    1 cup water
    ¼ cup coconut cream
    ¼ tsp seasoning powder
    1 ½ tsp Himalayan Salt
    ½ tsp sugar
    Fried anchovies (9g), crushed
    5-6 French beans, sliced
